The plumbing department knocks it out of the ballpark when it comes to customer service and checkout does the same!!!

This store's employees go out of their way to help in anyway possible. The garden center has a beautiful selection of evergreens and perennials all well taken care of!

Cashier Shawnee Bennett has been my favorite cashier for years. Every visit , which is plenty, she always has a smile always glad to see you always helpful keeps everyone in line smiling. SHE IS THE BEST

If you shop at HD in the Baltimore area, Timonium store is the best.... Great people, huge selection!!! A clean store!!

David Greene, applicable specialist at the Timonium store, was very helpful with the purchase of my washer and dryer. He was very thorough with explaining the delivery and warranty. I actually felt like it was fun. When customer service can sometimes disappoint, David restored my faith that Great customer service still exists.

Had the things I wanted. Danielle was rude, aggressive, and libelous. No one made sexually inappropriate comments around her. Any comments shared by her about her mind are still accountable under the law. She ogled our heavy purchases at the self-checkout, stating to other customers that she had to. (If telepath or "open," she should consider she does not know why she "hears" those "comments." The reason may be clean and innocent.)

This store is awesome John the store manager is always helpful and cheerful. Keilan ,Felicia and Lisa Noble are awesome customer service agents. Robert helped me carry my items to car with no problem. I have been coming here for at least 4 years and the majority of my experiences have been pleasant. Fully stocked . The staff is always helpful.

Due to iron shortages nationwide, sales associate Judy gave me an alternative idea, took me to another dept. & cut a length of chain for me...all with a smile on her face! I had an enjoyable shopping experience at Home Depot!

I have yet to have anything other than friendly, courteous assistance in this (my) Home Depot store. Any time special assistance is needed, it has been given. Never rushed and always informative. Love this store.

Your staff - Dean ( Tim or Jim? sorry forgot his name -works with Dean) and Lisa cashier. Jim or Tim and Dean were so helpful in assisting me getting Reflectix and items to make my home cooler since my AC not working. PRICELESS!! Lisa at cashier register on 6-6-2020 at 01:54 pm - gave me a handy-wipe to get the dust off my roll of Reflectix. How thoughtful.

Products were easy to find, and purchase. Asked a question and the associate walked me right to the shelve I wanted.

If you enjoy being ignored & treated as a nuisance when you spend thousands of dollars in this establishment a month this is the place for you.

Product had the wrong sku. The 1x2 popular board came up as a 1x6. Manager wanted to argue saying that they had to go by the sku instead of going to see what the actual price was. Waisted 45 minutes just getting checked out. Most frustrating experience I've had in a long time because of not properly trained people that would rather argue instead of just finding out the proper price. I even had a tape measure and a 1x6 I was buying also. Even with that they thought I trying to get over on them. I had to walk back to where the material was with a lumber associate to show them the price. In the end the cashier was nice enough to apologize but the manager was not. What happened to customer service.

Need new paint counter employees without an attitude.

I have always had very good interaction with the employees at the Cockeysville location. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable in the various depatments.

Was in a jam, needed help. It was late, cold winter night and store was getting ready to close. I walked up to the Return counter and asked for some assistance. Brian stepped up and help me put together a much needed piece of equipment so I could be on my way. Came back the other day, and there Brian was helping other customers with the same positive attitude.
