Kelby welcomed me w/a huge smile when I came in the store & she got an associate for me right away to get an 80 lb. bag of Quikrete from my car to return. Kelby also complemented me on my outfit & made me feel at home. Then Marcus at Returns was very gracious & handled my return w/care. I needed a special lightbulb, & after having found the bulbs that I THOUGHT would work, I wasn't sure, so I asked Marcus a couple of questions about whether or not they would suit my needs, & he wanted to make sure an expert helped me, so he got Michael from electric. Michael explained & demonstrated what I needed & I'm so pleased w/my purchase! I knew there were differences in wattage & found out the hard way how incredibly bright a 25 watt daylight bulb could be, but he explained that according to the size of my bathroom (where I needed a new bulb) & how many lights were above my mirror & in the whole bathroom, that I needed 40 watt soft white, 290 lumen bulbs. I also found out that four 290 lumen lightbulbs are the equivalent of a 75 watt bulb. May sound silly, but that's what I needed to know & now, my bathroom lighting is perfect! I had tried to purchase the bulbs at two different big box stores, & they were not the right thing. Thanks to Michael's expert advice, I FINALLY got just what I needed! The cashier (didn't get her name) was super friendly, funny, & helpful!

This is a great and well run Home Depot. Friendly, clean, well stocked and with a very solid tool rental team and Garden center. I have been a customer here for many, many years.

When I came into the store, it was very clean and neat. The employees in the store were friendly and helpful. But there was one man in particular that walked me all the way to the aisle to help me find the product that I needed, and it fit. I like to thank him for his assistance and patience.

The Cockeysville Home Depot is a Great Store to shop. A Very Professional Atmosphere where employees are there to assist in anyway possible.

This is my go-to home improvement store. The staff are always helpful and friendly and if they can't answer your question they find someone who can. They are also very safety conscious. Much better than the Blue & White store down the street.

I am a realtor who is selling his home and have been to the Cockeysville, Maryland Store #2565 almost every day it seems for the past month and have been a regular customer for many years. I have used the lawn and garden department for mulch and flowers many times as well as the electrical, lighting, paint, carpet, plumbing, tools, housewares and other departments. The help in lawn and garden and paint have been outstanding recently as I make improvements to my home and have needed assistance from these departments. Whoever the store manager is deserves credit for putting together a great group of sales people who offer quality assistance.

I went to this store after a bad experience at another nearby home goods store. The experience at this Home Depot was wonderful. The area I needed was easy to find. I needed assistance getting some keys copied and there was someone there to help. The store was neat and clean with plenty of room in the aisles. All the store employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Glen in Appliances was very friendly and helpful in our purchase of a dishwasher. Prices were discounted nicely and delivery and installation was set up within a few days. It was a good shopping experience.

I had an outstanding Home Depot associate who made sure I bought what I really needed.

Today was my 5th or 6th visit to the Timonium store this month, three times I had the same cashier, her name is Kelby and she took care of me today. She made such a positive impression on me the first time I met her because of her positive, courteous, enthusiastic and welcoming personality. I told her she was exceptional in that way and that she must like her job. Her response was, “I love my job”! She was my cashier two additional times all with the same level of response. I ordinarily don’t write reviews but this individual deserves recognition of the type of ambassador she is for Home Depot.

I love the Timonium Home Depot. I can always find someone to help me and give me advice on projects. Recently I had to replace 3 closet doors and an entry door? I could not find doors to fit the closets. Rob and Dean helped me with custom closet doors to fit and it was less than I thought it would be. I have also made use of the excellent paint department. They know just the right paint for any project. I am getting ready to put my house on the market and needed fluorescent lights replaced with LED lights. The man in the lighting department sold me exactly what I needed to replace 4 lights and all I had to do is hire an electrician to install them. My mom needed deck repair and they gave me the number of an excellent contractor to fix her decks. Home Depot has everything you need to fix up your home. Things are easy to find and there is always someone friendly there to help you.

The cashier, Tremane, was great! However, I was buying a kitchen sink, and even though I saw associates on the floor, no one offered to help me.
