very nice employees even during this trying time

The store is always clean and organized. It is not the closest store to my home, but I like the atmosphere at this location. The sales people are helpful, even with dumb questions.

Very good customer service

I am a member of the garden club and I frequently visit the garden dept., especially when they send me a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $100. I was impressed to find that they had installed a little house like thing for the garden dept. checker to stay in. When the weather is bad they have cover, a heater, a fan and AC, just awesome for the garden dept. checker.

This is a Wonderful store! the shelves are full and the workers are friendly. The managers are very helpful and always willing to listen to problems and make things right. Manager Norman is a burst of sunshine!

Going to the DIY stores is often a task in just navigating the aisles much less finding what you actually need. The Home Depot has a Manager and Department Managers along with a very competent staff that has a complete understanding of what customer service actually is and it exists at this store.

This store is the only Home Depot Store in the Houston Area that is extremely clean, well organized, with great team members that provide excellent customer service.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience with the Salesperson, Sylvia. She was friendly, professional and courteous.

Always a great store. The main thing I like is the layout of the store. It just makes sense, and I can flow through the store, selecting all the items that I need. Great customer service also.

This store is always stocked well and it is relatively easy to find someone to help. I'm always amazed when you ask someone where something is they can give you the isle number of this huge store. Way to go guys!

There are no open check out lanes with Cashiers. If I wanted to look up and scan my own items, I would shop online. I don't work for home depot, why should I scan my own items?

I purchased pool chemicals and fertilizer. The associate was so friendly that she mislead me to get a new Home Depot credit card even though I was using my Home Depot credit card. Very deceptive and I'm not happy.

I love buying stuff that I need a this HD store and specially at the time most needed, with Harvey, HD had plenty of things needed and useful to get back on track to our normal living at reasonable prices and better quality than other stores. For similar stores of the same line, HD is my way to go!
