Every time I go to Home Depot, I get greeted with a smile especially by the cashier at pro and Chelsea in hardware. She is amazing.and there customer service skills are outstanding.!!

Excellent customer service I have ever had!

I went to Home Depot three times in the last week and had the best customer service ever with all employees but one employee stood out the most to me. Her name is Chelsea and she works in hardware she goes above and beyond every time I come into the store to help me with my needs and it’s usually the first one to Greet me!

I had to shop for several new light fixtures so it was overwhelming with all of the choices. All of the associates were helpful in trying to find what I needed. This was a very positive experience!

Susan was friendly and efficient and helped us get a great deal.

We had the best experience with Shawn in the door department and the friendly helpful ladies in the paint department. They went over and above helping us.

Manager was rude and condescending. Hopefully his assistance isn't needed.

Well HD should be making plenty of profits--they don't have employees to assist customers and the self check out is joke. Spent about 10 minutes waiting to check out in the Pro area because there was only one checker and no one responded when she called for help.

I’ve bought power tools and one of my favorites is the planer. I built a wood deck and topped it with old fence boards and planed it smooth as silk. Great for ballroom dancing and ballet. Just one of my many fun projects

I purchased a Ridgid 18V angle grinder. I'm sure I will be happy with it as I am all the other Ridgid tools I have purchased.

The employees went to a lot of work trying to help.

Charged me for the wrong product. When I tried to explain they basically called me a liar.

Every time we come we find what we need and we leave with everything we need... The associates do a good job on greeting all the way to checking out.

Wife and I spent the evening at HD working on a closet project - George and Erik made the experience fun and we ended up changing the project at the staffs suggestion -ened up saving $$$ and so happy with the results! thanks guys

Shane in flooring helped me find what I was looking for, loaded my cart, checked me out quickly, he knew his stuff and was courteous throughout. the store manager Ryan Fox is also top notch.

Website is not only NOT customer friendly; it isn't even employee friendly. It took Kevin and Manager Kaitlyn approx 2 hours to get my purchase entered into HD website, and it was the website's fault, not theirs. I'd already tried at home & was too frustrated with it, so I went to the store. Web designer needs to Get A Clue & ask front-line employees & customers for input.

We are buying two new interior doors (front and back doors) and a storm door. The service has been above and beyond our expectations so far. Can’t wait for them to be installed!

I went to Home Depot to find a part to fix a cabinet had no idea what I was doing, but I employee named Chelsea and hardware help me and she was amazing. Her customer service skills were outstanding, and problem-solving skills were outstanding also.

We have been building a new home in Mayetta and have had great experiences with the staff at the Topeka HD. What an awesome group of employees from Customer Service (Lauren), Pro Desk (JR and Vinny), Millwork (Shawn), Electrical (I think his name is Ben who save my Thanksgiving in 2021), Garden (Nick the very personable Dept Manager) , and my favorite Cashier (Adreanna). Wonderful team of people that obviously have an awesome store manager! Thanks for all you do!

Shopping for new washer/dryer and got great help with my purchase. This store should be your must shop place for any needs. I will definitely shop there for my next project!
