COVID has caused a lot of retail changes. On my visit January 3, 2022 I found Home Depot has not given up on their customers. Their employees were willing to do what it takes, when faced with adversity, to exceed our expectations!

The pro desk employees at my local topeka store are what keeps me shopping in your store instead of another Box store.

Went in late one evening looking for some assistance. Was greeted with a smile, and asked if there was anything that I might need help with. The employee listened to what I needed (was looking at propane grills) and was quick to make sure the one I was looking at would fit all of my needs.

Shopping today as a follow-up for a special that had come off sale just the day before. Found on line. Went to Customer Service...what a great helper in Elaena as she walked thru helping make a purchase, so many steps with such great patience and super problem solving. I could not have been more appreciative. The personnel make the reputation of any store and staff like Elaena help keep that reputation upscale.

Cashier Jon was friendly, professional, and amazing!

Checkout lady Adriana always has a smile and a nice greeting when you come in and leave the store. She goes out of her way to make sure your checkout goes as smoothly as possible.

Each time I go into the Home Depot in Topeka, Kansas, the associates that help me, whether it is a sales associate, cashier, or someone at the Customer Service Desk, or a stock associate helping me out with my order, I am always shown kindness and quality customer service.

Taylor at Customer Service is a miracle worker and should be employee of the month - EVERY MONTH! She did an outstanding job of identifying the issue and fixing it like a champ!

The Topeka Store # 2207 is convenient to shop. I can always depend on Home Depot to have the items I am looking for either at the store or online ordering for store pickup! I found what I was looking for without much help provided from associates. The store is always clean and neat. Cashier Gloria was most helpful. Although she was trying to close the station, she stayed long enough to allow me to check out. She was very courteous and friendly. I would certainly recommend her!

Had the best help from Jon and Mason.. They helped me get the items I wanted, helped loaded in my truck and made sure that things were secure ... Because of the help I got from these 2 , I will be back for more supplies.

No store is 100% perfect 100% of the time, but Home Depot in Topeka comes close. My last visit two days ago was perfect. I recommend HD due to the personnel who ask if there is anything they can help me find, or questions they may be able to help answer about a project I am working on.

What a great experience! Was traveling across the state and needed to get some items for my parents fast and get back on road. Fast, efficient help from super friendly employees. The whole feeling in the store was fun, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I recommend this store to everyone, and definitely will make this my regular supply stop on future trips across the state. In trying to locate an item I was able to nab a delightful young man who was willing to help me find the item I was unable to find, even though he didn’t work in that department

They do not respect military veterans. They say they offer a military discount but it has limitations but they do not tell anyone. Home Depot either offer a discount or they don’t it should not be a surprise at the register.

Shopping at this store is great! I witnessed the store manager Cephas Pannell walks the floor and helps customers with anything that can make their experience very satisfying. He helped me and even helped me load my truck. I had to ask his name so I could share it here and let everyone know that he truly makes the Topeka Home Depot a first choice to shop for home improvement.

Thank this store Manager Clean store Good Pricing Outstanding Staff ( examples my last trip) kyle helped answer questions electrical and gave me options! Justin an Aaron helped with store product and some loading on cart ... Ivin helped me with questions then directions in store Tanner was quick getting the corrrect lumber and made cuts for me Zoey sharp at check out with Tanner helping ...Zoey was running the show make no mistake! this crew just sharp..smart ... nice ..and helpful! Wow, best shopping experience in a while! Isaac in lumber was very kind, helpful and went above & beyond to assist me. He did all the math for my project and got me the best prices. Helga was very sweet at the checkout, too! These two made my day, as they were helpful and happy to assist. They were genuine and made me put The Home Depot as my #1 go-to for home improvement needs!

Parts to finish guttering project were not there. The help I asked for to validate they didn't have them before I had to go to another store was less than helpful.

Way to go Home Depot!! You have very friendly & knowledgeable employees. There was someone at every department who was helpful. Products were in stock.
