Store is easy to navigate. The plus for this store is that, viewed as a whole, the associates are very helpful and friendly. They are the plus when comparing HD with other home improvement stores.

Please use the comments I submitted earlier in this survey. I feel they would reflect my sentiment regarding the management of this Topeka store. Thank you.

I aways find the employees very helpful at our store and they go out of their way to satisfy our needs. They will obtain information from online if they do not know an answer immediately.

The Topeka HOME DEPOT is my go to store for just about every DIY project I undertake. Always have what I need and store associates are always friendly and helpful. I just had new windows installed by the Home Services folks, who did a fantastic installation job in just 1 day.

Fast, friendly, & flexible! The employees I encountered all seemed very happy to be there at work and were helpful to me when I had a question. I have been to big box stores where it was hard to find an employee – – but not in Topeka. I found what I needed asked questions along the way got an answer and was out the door. It was clean and orderly.

I had wonderful service from the associates in this store as well as the manager. They followed through and did what they promised to do. My recent visit, took several attempts to find and put together the project just as I needed it. The associate remained patient and eager to help with the options. I am very happy with the result and appreciated his willingness to assist.

The store is always clean and has items in neat condition. The cashiers did not tell us how to save 25.00 dollars for either my son or myself. Your cashier Caleb was rude and not helpful. He tried to charge my son twice for an item until my son showed him on the receipt the item had already been paid for. Caleb had looked at the receipt and said the item wasn't there. He acted like he had a problem helping my son who is also Hispanic. He did not tell him how to save 25.00 and my son had to ask him to bag the items being purchased. My son had ordered and purchased items at your customer service desk for over 400.00 dollars and the lady there was very nice. Your employee Caleb is not very good at his job and needs further training on how to treat customers and looking at a receipt and finding an item in question. I worked at Kansas Gas Service as a supervisor in customer service until I retired, so I have some knowledge on how customers should be treated. Thank you.

Every time I go to the store. I'm treated with amazing customer service, and the respectfulness from the employees is outstanding! Looking forward to the next project just to go to the store! PHENOMENAL!!!!!

Went into Home Depot today looking to buy a miter saw, Steve in hardware helped me select the saw and assisted me acct a recent surgery and I could not lift anything very heavy. Made the purchase quickly and loaded into my van in just a few minutes, a very satisfied customer.

I know where everything is, easy for me.

I found the main item I was searching for, but a couple of the other items either were not carried by this Home Depot or they were out.

Colette was very helpful in finding the saw we needed! You can tell she is a hard worker and is determined to give each customer the best shopping experience!

Store was well organized (as all Home Depot’s), appreciate that store has LOTS of friendly, knowledgeable associates to assist customers! Product I need is not available in store. Had to order - meaning a 10-14 day wait. :(
