Store is always neat and clean and easy to find what you looking for. Prices are the best around and items are keep in stock.

We had a very good experience with our recent purchase. GE Stove. Shaun was the associate who helped us. He was very efficient knowledgeable and patient on a day when there was very little help available. We easily found what we were looking for at a fairly reasonable price since it was a very basic stove. The store was clean and people were friendly. It was a good experience as who really likes buying a new appliance! The delivery also went well and was extremely fast and efficient..

I can count on this location to have everything I'm looking for on hand 99% of the time. If I can't find something, a floor associate is usually close by and can either help me directly or page the appropriate person assigned to the department. This location is also clean and well organized compared to other HD stores I've visited.

No one seems to work in the department they're standing in.

The store has a great selection of products and is clean an organized. Kim Bowers, Design Consultant, in the kitchen area is a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the cabinetry lines offered by Home Depot, not to mention, the whole kitchen design process. If you are designing your kitchen, go see Kim!!

I have had the pleasure of shopping at this Home Depot for over 12 years. The last few years especially have been positive, and almost all the employees and managers that I have run into have made each visit a wonderful experience. I have always been received with a smile, professional attitude, courtesy, and many times humor (I started it). Many of your wonderful people approach me to assist with any questions about product, location in the store, and honest feedback when I am undecided as to which product would best serve my purposes. Many have walked me to the proper aisle directly to item needed. To be able to shop for, find, and purchase what I need quickly and efficiently is one of life's delights.

Norm and Joseph both went way beyond what I expected from the sales person (Norm) and loading my patio table inot my car (Joseph). They were friendly and very helpful. I don't think I would have been able to make the purchase without their help and advice. Great day at Home Depot!

I have always been successful at Home Depot in shopping each time I have gone to this Store. Everyone from the workers in the Store the Managers are very knowledgeable, and always there to answer any questions. They can give me the right directions on installs, or purchases. And this is very appreciated .

If you’re looking for blinds- ask for Jami! She was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our go to store for all home & garden purchases. From screws & bolts to fertilizer & paint. Never disappointed with inventory. Employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean. Shelves are neatly and fully stocked. Parking is plentiful and easy access. It seems as if we are shopping at this store at least once a week!

I'm always satisfied with my shopping experience at this Home Depot. They always have the shelves fully stocked and the store is kept clean and safe. I was especially pleased to see an item in their lighting department that I had seen advertised in social media. I was not expecting this, but I was happy to purchase the LED light for my garage without having to pay shipping costs.

This store keeps its shelves well-stocked at all times, and the number of items shown in the Home Depot app match those that I find when I visit the store. The check-out process is smooth, and they always have a row of shopping carts ready for use. I would ask that the floor associates get training on customer interactions, as I have sometimes found that I feel I'm interrupting their day if I have a question. Sometimes, floor associates also pass by without asking if I need help when it is clear from the time I'm spending to look for something that I could use help.

All products I was looking for were in stock, easy to find, and check out was a breeze!

Awesome experience. Online showed I was not able to pick up cabinets for 2 weeks. Went in store to get exterior doors and the associate in doors went out of her way and out of her department and managed to located the cabinets in store that were showing out of stock. She was awesome!!!

Transaction for purchase of a stove and dishwasher was completed effortlessly.

I have bought- fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer and dryer from Troy Home Depot over the last 2 years. I have had great experience with the staff, delivery, installation, and setting up my warranty. Highly recommend

This store is awesome. I drove all the way from the Chesterfield store because I was told that I could not order a small fridge online if it was an in stock Item. Chesterfield didn’t have one in stock but the Troy Store did. The store was clean, friendly and Jim Levins (Store manager) and Kay Jona (Cashier) were very friendly and helpful. I would love to have this be my neighborhood store but it’s about 30 miles away. Highly recommend this Hone Depot.

I was looking for an item in the store. Karen asked me if I needed help. She was able to help me find the item and walked me straight to it. She saved me so much time and I was able to get in and out of the store. The employees there are wonderful.

There's a wonderful,intelligent,wise gentleman with old school customer service ethic, representing your Store in Troy,Michigan in the Carpet Department, named Michael Mazloom! This man epitomizes the tone of excellent customer service-Never in many of my experiences in a Home Deport have we experienced such time and attentiveness to our needs, as Micheal Mazloom displayed with us. He is the ideal professional-hands on,patient,goes the extra yard,increases the customers knowledge of products,seeks your opinion and then finally gives you his own professional insight to your ideas if need be. He is what 'customer service' once was many years ago.He said he would follow up our carpet purchase from payment to pre-installation to final installation! Which he has shown us with his timely phone calls. Solid integrity. He needs to be acknowledged for a raise in pay-Don't lose this wise and kind man-pay him a little more! There is nothing you might need that an employee would not help you find and maybe help explain products and usage.Over the years have gone to this store always directed to right dept, dont know how each employee always know where something is,and then help you in determining right product for your project.
