As a home improvement store they do a fine job. They are HORRIBLE with appliances though. Avoid at all costs. If you're lucky your appliance will show up undamaged and everything will be fine. If you're not lucky your appliance will show up damaged and home depot will completely forget about you. The dishwasher I ordered arrived damaged and they just put it right back in the truck. I then had to reach out to the store multiple times to try and set up a replacement delivery. After SEVERAL times of calling, staying on hold, and being told "you should hear something soon" over 10+ days I finally just went to a competitor who was able to get me a dishwasher that very day.

The service at this Home Depot store is what stood out to me. Every employee was incredibly helpful. It was well stocked with merchandise and has very nice healthy plants in the gardening section where I was. The store is laid out well and what I needed was easy to find. I was very pleased with the assistance I received. The woman in the gardening section knew just the right thing to recommend to me to plant hostas. She asked me about my project and then made a recommendation. She offered to load the soil onto my cart and said she would make sure the bags didn't break. A man handling the carts offered to push mine as it was very loaded down. And finally, Katrene waited on me at check out and I've never been more delighted. She was helpful and assisted me from start to finish including helping me to load my car. She was outstanding and is a true gem of a person. Thank you again, Katrene.

Fine , with todays health concerns, we all have to live with!

JEFF THE FLOORING ASSOCIATE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL BUT A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF NEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH FLOORING WAS NOT HIS DEPT. THE TILES I GOT WERE VERY HEAVY. JEFF ASSISTED WITH LOADING SOME OF THEM INTO MY CART BUT THAT WAS IT. NEAL ACTUALLY PUSHED MY VERY HEAVY CART FROM THE FLOORING DEPT TO THE CHECK OUT. AND HE MADE SURE I GOT ASSISTANCE LOADING THEM INTO MY CAR.

The workers at this outlet try to keep the store clean and safe. They are very helpful when you ask them for direction to locate a product. If they don't have the product in stock that you are looking for at that outlet, they will check at another one of their stores to see if it is there and tell you where that store is located.The cashiers and their assistants provide service with a smile and try to get you waited on as soon as possible and checkout has always been quick for me. The partitions at the cash registers are built wherein checkout is still easy and safer. It is obvious management is trying to do some things right and the other employees are synchronized with management.

Professional, knowledgeable staff willing to assist with your needs. The building is clean with well stocked inventory.

Visiting from Florida and needed to purchase a very special key for a very special 6 year old boy. The man who assisted this senior suggested “Dart Vader!” Not sure of how or why but it turned out to be a big hit! Thank You! Ronald S.

The associates were polite and helpful. I didn't have to look for someone to help me, they approached me.

The Home Depot at 1177 Coolidge Hwy always appeared to be clean. I have on various occasions been offered assistance before I even asked. I appreciate the safety they take to block customers off from an area where they are lifting products high into the air for storage or retrieving something from an elevated shelf. The staff treated me in a friendly manner at the checkout counter each time. In comparison to some other hardware stores, the prices at this Home Depot seem reasonable. A particular unique thing the employees do to assist customers is that they use an electronic product locator to confirm if the store has a product in stock locally or if that item is at another outlet. They always can tell you exactly where the product is located in the store if they have it there. They have even led me right to the product.

Kathy in paint was the worst. Literally the rudest human being on the planet.

The store was very clean, the paint department was extremely helpful in our choosing colors and sending us out the door with everything we need for our project.

Working on a project over the last few weeks. Bought a few items that we did not need. Everything purchased was purchased on my HD credit card. My wife and son were going in that direction on different days, and I asked each of them to please return a couple of the items we did not need. I gave them my HD CC to take with them for the credit. On both occasions, when the store associate checked, not all of the items being returned showed up on the credit card online. So instead of crediting my HD CC for what was purchased on it, they issued a store credit. So my wife received one for under 2.00 dollars, and then my son one for 20-30 dollars., not much when I spent 400-500 on this project... So next day I go there to purchase about 10.00 worth of clips, I hand the store associate the two store credits and said i would like to use these. Asked me for my drivers lic. The said they dont match my DL so I cant use them with out my son and wife there. I asked to see a manager, and explained that these store credits were for items purchased on my HD CC and that they never should have become a store credit in the first place. She first said it was probably because to much time had passed since the purchase, I told her, 3 days to 1 week, was too much time. Then she said well the transaction was over for creating the store credits so there was nothing she could do. That is BS a manager should be able to make a customer happy. So now to use these I have to drag my wife and son along, Oh and still pay the HD credit card bill they were purchased on at the end of the month. After 20+ years going to this HD, and after spending thousands of dollars with HD and at this store, I think it is time to cancel my HD credit card, and not shop at this store again. Shame on the manager for not trying to make this better or right !

This store is always stocked with the things I need. I always get my garden supplies and flowers every year. The cashiers are alway friendly and helpful.

The only reason this experience far surpassed any other at HD, was because of a special guy named MO. We had been to the store every day that week to purchase a patio set, but to no avail due to inaccurate information on this particular patio set's whereabouts in the store, or if it had been unloaded from the trucks. MO helped us from start to finish and most importantly with a cheerful and helpful attitude. We truly enjoyed our experience all because of MO! Thank you!

Convenient location. The paint department needs personnel that are willing to help their customers out, after all that is why they went to THD to apply for a job (I assume). Here is my experience - I will let you decide if this is what you would like to experience... Choosing a pint color can sometimes be traumatic (especially if your know my wife). When you specifically wait for the line to slow down, so you can ask questions of the paint dept. personnel about the paint quality and the differences of colors. Then you catch the employee (female) turning her back and rolling her eyes because of the questions we were asking. With all things being equal, including price, its hard not to start looking around at other paint retailers for help and, of course, product.

HAD THE GARDEN BOX I WANTED DIDN'T HAVE A LONG WAIT

Associate Charleena was very helpful and solution oriented in her interaction with me. She helped me get a mobility cart and was willing to even shop for me if she wasn't able to locate one.

Store is dong a great job with the current situation.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve been to. The people who work here are great, very friendly and help! I wish it was closer to me but was worth the trip for a great experience.
