We very much enjoy shopping in the Home Depot in Troy. We actually go out of our way and travel a bit further to shop here. Store is always nice and clean. The shelves are neatly stocked and staff is very helpful. It is a pleasure to shop here.

Excellent service and friendly employees. Products were easily accessible and organized in areas that related to the projects of my concern. because of their management style, I often find items I made have neglected to list, only to realize and find everything I need in one location. Their employees are well trained in all aspect of the merchandise, both for advice and application of products. Their employees seek out interaction with the customers to offer service and guidance. The store was well stocked and orderly--clean and products were easily accessible. This is the first store I come to when shopping for home improvement supplies.

The store is clean and stocked, Most importantly always seems well staffed. Staff is friendly and helpful and believe me I use and visit every department being a contractor. Improvements to the contractor end are noticeable and the efficiency of getting out of the store quickly is appreciated.

Some stores seem cluttered&claustrophobic, but This HD always seems wide open & stressfree when I visit...

The staff in the Customer Service section at this location is second to none. Always extremely friendly and polite! Great location. Will be back again soon.

Store was very dirty, trash cans were overflowing and men's bathroom was out of toilet pape . I purchased over $700.00 worth of tools during this visit and would have purchased more, if the team members would have been knowledgeable about the products in their respective departments.

Love the new upgrades and checkout and customer service, it has made checkout so efficient. Also, I really appreciated how all the holiday greens were clearly marked and signed outside.

Mr. Shaun and Mr. Z were very patient and helpful. Especially, Mr. Shaun was a very nice and friendly employee. Thank you so much for their good service.

Shaun in Appliances was awesome! Very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly and just a really nice human being. Helped my buy over $4,000 worth of goods and made sure I got every discount for which the purchase qualified.

The employees at this store are always helpful. They take extra time to make sure they find what we are looking for. If the item is not available in the store, they offer to help us order it online. Kim Bowers in the cabinet department has been extremely helpful. The store is always clean. I can usually find the items I am looking for.

Went in to buy a dishwasher. Sales staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Great service!

Normally we have above average to excellent experiences at this location. Today there was quite a backup at the checkout. Maybe the self checkouts needed extra attention from the associated? Lots of people in line moved elsewhere to check out.

Went to store to receive quote for window treatments, store employees were very courteous both Jami and Gail. Gail wrote the quote and scheduled for measurement with Randy and Jennifer. They came out quickly to measure for solar shades. After the measurements were taken, Gail was detailed in preparation of the quote and went over each shade to our specs. Now awaiting installation.

I haven't ever gone in this store and come out empty handed.

Sales associate Z in appliances was very knowledgeable,helpful,and pleasant in assisting in my purchase.

I shop at this location a lot! I know where most everything is that I require. I would like to see a really super great sale on Rust-oleum spray paints. I am purchasing them at meijer's for now. They have a sale on them from time to time. Thank You for having nicely stocked shelves.

Plenty of personnel to guide and answer questions and help through the checkout line. I was extremely impressed when I shopped there yesterday. Many times it is impossible to find help in these types of stores, but alas, I had help in guiding me to the proper aisle, help in the aisle and checking out ... yes, I am high maintenance, but the Troy Home Depot delivered customer service!

I had three wonderful people who helped today, Jeremy at the front - cashier, Theresa, in lighting, and Kianna, in window treatments. I love that I was able to find everything I needed, and received honest feedback when asked about quality in different brands. Wonderful experience. I usually enjoy Troy Home Depot - but today was the best.

Great location. Lots of parking with wide spots. Happy employees and fellow customers. Fair range of pricing on products. Easy to locate items main location with visible overhead signage. Quick checkout options with cashier lane flow that makes sense.

If you need to go to customer service for any reason, ask for Shannae. She’s the best.
