Lately all the Home Depots I have been in are forcing you to use self-checkouts. This is POOR customer service. There is nothing in place to prevent stealing and no one watches. Shrink must be very high. I see this every time I go to Home Depot and check out.

This is a great location but the customer service in the aisle needs a lot of help. Cashier area and pint department are excellent!

I purchased home appliances

NC is experiencing hurricane Ian, was in need of some form of flood prevention for my home. Spoke with Rebecca at 645 am Friday morning. Told her about product I was seeking, she said several calls were received for the product and they were out. Rebecca exercised her faith and had an associate go back to check and praise the Lord there were 2 bags remaining after several other reps had checked previously and none was located. Rebecca forward thinking allowed me to protect my home with the items I needed and can continue to use going forward if a flood is eminent. Thank you Rebecca for your lovely personality and willingness to go above and beyond. You truly Nailed It!!

Excellent Lawn Products and Prices. Experts on the Painting Department courteous, patience & knowledgeable. I will add pictures later, but, my project it turning into a super star project & all because the products & excellent suggestions.

I bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot after researching availability, cost, and delivery options at several stores and Home Depot received five stars in every category.

I actually enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I compared prices with another store and found the items to be close in comparison price wise but Home Depot was closer and I know more about the store than I did the other one. So, I saved time driving and money by not using as much gas and that's big today.

Amy and Paul always make my experience great. Without their personality and conversation Everytime I'm there I would not enjoy shopping here as much. They always brighten my day with their conversation.

My husband and I went over to the paint section to get color samples. The attendant (I believe his name was Ashley - middle aged, maybe caucasian, glasses) was up on a ladder stocking a couple things so I waited until he came down to ask for a paint sample. While he was completing the request I saw an additional color I wanted so when he came back over with the first one, I asked for the second sample. At this point he slammed the can down on the counter and asked "Is there anything else you need" in a very frustrated tone. It was quite startling, as I feel I was very polite in the encounter and wasn't making any unreasonable requests - I literally only asked for 2 paint samples. After that he completed the second can for me and brought them both over. After I received them I went to two ladies who were stationed at self checkout to see if there was a manager I could speak to. They did try to de-escalate the situation by asking if there was anything they could do to help, but once I explained they directed me as to how to write a review so a manager would see it that way. I understand that the holiday season is a frustrating time for people who work in retail, but it was not a busy time in the store and I was not being demanding or disrespectful in any way so I truly don't understand why he felt the need to release his frustrations during our interaction. I hope you will goal set with him on how to carry himself differently in the future.

I am at this location multiple times a week. They only are able to process payments and never can provide customer service

Rebecca at the Order Pickup desk was extra helpful, finding items that had been cancelled on my order and saving me a second trip and much time.

IT IS MY GO-TO PLACE WHENEVER I NEED ANYTHING DONE TO MY HOUSE OR APPLIANCES. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PURCHASE

Tayler was very helpful and friendly. Store always has plenty of items on stock. People at this store are always friendly and willing to help you find any item.

The employees are AMAZINGLY wonderful at this store!! Seriously!!! Rozelle in lumber was SOOOOOOO helpful. I had called the day before. and Rozelle answered my questions. To my surprise, he remembered my call and knew exactly what I needed. He was FABULOUS! Rebecca in CS was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and HELPFUL! I asked Rebecca questions for the nonprofit organization I work for, and she couldn't have been nicer or more wonderful. Tim C. was AWESOME! He offered to load my car with the cut wood and was so helpful. Thank you so much, Home Depot! You have some truly wonderful employees!!

Kat and Andrea in the flooring department are amazing. They made the impossible possible. I could not be happier with the customer service they provided.

Need to watch the pricing of the products. I am purchasing pickets for a privacy fence. The tag shows one price and when checked out, the price was higher. One cashier help and the other did nothing. Said she had to go by the bar code and scanner. I believe she could have done something, didn't want to make a deal but with the price of lumber ever penny counts for the consumer.

Location is always neat and have items in stock. Employees are very helpful.

i have shopped at the university home depot for 17 yrs and each time i shop there i have been very satisfied with the help that i get from the associates and cashiers.

I felt good energy when I walked in the door. I think the flooring associate's name is Darren or Brandon. He had an upbeat attitude, and a one of a kind personality. He even entertained my small children in the store. He was very professional. Even though it was close to closing, he loaded up my car with many boxes of heavy tile in the pouring rain. Not once did he make it seem as if I was a bother to him. Excellent customer service skills. I will always choose The Home Depot over any other home improvement store. Nobody can beat the prices either. I have become addicted to shopping here, making several trips within the last week.

My visit at this location was a very pleasant one . Employees were very helpful . Will continue to shop here .

Your store had The Best plants for Spring of any store around with comparable prices. I really appreciated the distinction of sections between Perennial & Annual plants.

The store Associate Binta did an excellent service job. She was patient with me and my wife. Great job!
