Great store for home improvements or renovations items.

Nice place to get what you need

We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We were forced to take our money elsewhere after a super bad experience at another store/company. We had heard nothing but great things from friends and family about Home Depot. We came in on 4/4, and worked with John in appliances. He was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. We received our fridge on time and it was installed with perfection on 4/17; we even had our old fridge moved to the garage (still works but wanted to upgrade with new model in the house). We will definitely be doing business again with Home Depot in the future as we are working on upgrading all of our major kitchen appliances.

I have been a customer at this store for over 25 years it is excellent, i always find what i need at this store or it gets ordered for free, assistance is always available, nice clean store, associates are great

This location is great and I have always received any assistance I needed and the store is clean and keeps items stocked. All the employees seem friendly and helpful which is so appreciated!

The customer service in this location is poor. I can understand what spring volumes can do for a retailer, however it is your obligation to staff up and be ready for your customers. Today's visit was absolutely horrendous. Remember, your checkout experience is what can make or break your shopping experience.

The employees are awesome. They are extremely friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable on the products they have. Despite Mecklenburg county being on a stay at home order the people working were there to assist. I was in a hurry on the day I stopped and was assisted quickly and the checkout time was fast as well. All around a great trip.

Staff is friendly, store is clean, and they have everything that I need.

We had the best experience at this store! Starting with Sung who helped us tirelessly, to the manager who was very kind and engaging , to DANIEL with the BIG afro and so much fun to talk to. We were able to find the exact storm door we wanted at a reasonable price b/c of Sung's patience. A late night, timely purchase, good help and experience in a neat and clean store!

Donna the sales cashier was working at the online pickup counter. She was very friendly and was very helpful. She even allowed to pay for my extra items at the counter. Great customer service.

This store always has friendly helpful staff and cashers. Always get offered help even if I don't need it which shows the employees are trained well.

Despite a frustrating custom order experience (involving a Honda gas mower) caused by HD's poor policy about prohibiting online ordering via store credit, Aaron (local store manager) worked with me to cancel the order and adjust the price on a better Honda mower. His involvement shouldn't have been required in the first place, but he was helpful, resourceful and clearly understood the benefit of giving good customer service. This manager turned a bad situation into a satisfied customer experience. Kudo's and a Big Thanks to this employee!

Efficient quick handling of return of damaged item (Book Case) shipped directly from warehouse to home, and then when ordered again online with store pickup, the store employees were very helpful opening the package and inspecting to make sure it was not damaged, and loaded the item in the car.

The assistance we received was top notch. We were greatly helped to find the product we were looking for at a very affordable price, in a clean store with associates that were very friendly and willing to help. They didn't just point us to an isle#, they looked up information, took us to the isle and offered options to resolve our issue.

From the manager toall the employee I get all out welcome I hope that corpprate take a good look at this store, so they can follow by example

I purchased the Husky 46in 9 drawer deep MWC Had to wait a long time for them to find it, Paid for it an got back to my place had people to unpack it to Find it was Damaged and Warped Drawers will Not Lock Back side Warped End had Been Hit. But It was Boxed up. So now I am Stuck I can not Load it by myself. No One seems to Care at This Store Just there to get a Check.

I spend a lot of time at Home Depot I’ve never had a bad experience, all of their employees are extremely product knowledgeable, polite, and patient which is extremely important to me.

My original experience with my purchase of a dishwasher and the sales person was great. Then there was an issue with the delivery. When speaking with one of the managers at the store instead of offering solutions to the issue he stated, “I’ll just refund all of your money back with a nasty attitude.” Which wasn’t what we were asking for. Who gives back $1000.00! Maybe a different store but not this one.
