I bought the cyclone fan. I plug in as soon as I come in the house. So glad I did. Oh there is one thing I cannot find. Streamer bug spray. Hopefully I find when I come back again.

had a return and I waited 20 minutes due to two of four return registers being open and one staff member spent several minutes chatting with a customer AFTER their return finished. AND, several other Home Depot staff walking around the vicinity, just chatting with each other’s. Asked someone in electrical to help us find electrical box extenders he had NO IDEA what they were, actually handing me a box cover, and then blamed “COVID” for the lack of the item. COVID?? WOW!!!!!!!

While I have shopped in this store for years and have always been happy with the service and the products availability.

I must give a shout-out to Kelly. She's one of the most kind and informative employees that I've come across at any Home Depot that I've visited. She's always willing to assist and always greets you with a smile. Whenever I go to this particular store, I seek Kelly out if I need help with an item. She's the best!!!

Should be ashamed that they called customer service I bought my dad a heated jacket the cost over $200 before Christmas I took it back because I needed the money I'm a single mom and my daughter's father passed away a little over two months ago so needless to say the holidays have been very tough for us everyone keep saying if there's anything you can do but no one really does anything that would help so I went to return the jacket that I got for my dad so that I would have money to put food on the table and gas in my vehicle to take care of me and my child and the woman barely said two words to me it was going to give me a store credit because she said I didn't have my receipt which was online and I couldn't get Internet service I know sooner put my debit card in the machine she was like I credit your debit card and I'm like no I need cash she said she couldn't reverseIt. I said I wanted to speak with the manager he came over and said the same thing no one apologized not even once and here we are 24 hours later and still no sign of it going onto my credit card anytime soon

I was helped by an employee named Bob from the paint department. He helped me find a solution to my problem and walked with me to other departments which figuring it out.

Linda is so pleasant and helpful. Whenever I see she's working I know I won't have any problems because she will help with any questions I may have, she's outgoing, extremely pleasant, wish more employees were like her, she is the BEST!

Too many employees. They were having a good time among themselves. Very few wanted to help customer find what they were looking for.

I went to Home Depot to buy a new washer/dryer as mine "died". I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of an associate. The transaction went very smoothly and was quick. And the best part was both items were on sale!

convenient location....just a few miles from home. I like to do all errands in one outing....saves time and gas.......so I start at the one end of Baltimore pike and pick up pet supplies...then stop at home depot and roam around or have a specific item and pick it up (and usually find many other items....yard plants etc) then pick up a few groceries and head home.

Excellent place to shop. The associates are very helpful. If products were not available, they'd check if it was available at another store or online. I never had a bad shopping experience at this store.

I needed to find some paint for my new apartment. I really did not know what kind to purchase. Ms. Marie who works in the paint department was such a BIG help. She made my experience at the store very easy for me to choose what paint to purchase. She was very professional and further more pleasant. Thank you.

I had a great experience purchasing a Patio Dining set, which was in short supply. This store had the only one in stock for miles around, and I live in NJ. I spoke with Sales Associate named Russell, who located the set for me, and held it until I could pick it up. When I arrived at store, it was set aside, as promised. The Customer Svc Mgr named Mike ensured I had an excellent experience, and compensated me for the fact Home Depot could not deliver the set to my home or my local store, and I had to travel a distance to pick it up myself.

I go to Home Depot for my business several times a week and this by far is the WORST store with the most ignorant employees, that is, if you can actually FIND one!! May take you 35 minutes like me!! The employee wasn’t even helpful or knowledgeable. If you are understaffed, news flash, that is NOT the customers fault who is simply in need of help! Rethink who you employ since it’s a direct reflection on your company. I rather go to Lowe’s and what If 100 customers a day say this?

I HATE IT THERE! The staff are rude, customer service typically argues with management, the cashier (tonight, it was TEZITA) REALLY does not appear to like her job. I would TERMINATE her and several others if I could. Limited/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. We try to patronize the local stores, but we refuse to keep spending our hard-earned money with a business who does not value us as a customer. There is a toxic culture of staff in this store. NO THANK YOU! We recently spent over $5000 in this store in the last 2 weeks & don't feel valued as frequent customers at all. Future trips will be very infrequent. Just close. The service would be better than current!
