Great store friendly cashiers very helpful staff

This store is very inconsiderate of my time. I had a home delivery scheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd. The delivery window was 6 am to 8 pm. I waited all day and the delivery never arrived. I received NO phone call, NO email, NO nothing. After two days of phone calls on hold...sometimes up to 40 minutes, I finally got through. First I was lied to and told a delivery attempt was made. I was home ALL day, even parked my car on the street to keep the driveway open. Then I was told one item was not in stock, so the delivery wasn’t even sent out. I was then told that they had all the merchandise and would basically do me a favor and squeeze my delivery in on Saturday 6/6! Seriously??! No thanks, I asked to speak to a manager, who also had the same casual attitude, I counted on Home Depot to get my yard supplies to me so I could get the work done this week while I was off, and they let me down. Their lack of concern angered me and I ended up canceling the order. Home Depot’s customer service has really gone down hill. Don’t think I will trust them again with a home delivery from store again. Very disappointed.

When out of a product, a sign should be placed in the space where the item belongs. Sometime it takes too long to get someone to respond.

But not the manager of online pick up she very rude and not helpful at all. I may just use a different store and I canceled my online order too. The associate under this manager was super nice and tried his best to help me but she told him he couldn’t give a the product I needed even though it was there for weekend and you supposedly have only a one week hold on pick ups. This was my primary Home Depot we spent over 200.00 in the garden center yesterday with no issues no it my experience with the online pick up manager was awful and the customer before me purchased a table and chairs for outside no issues so why was I turned away never coming there again you ca. Thank her for losing my business

The cashier Nicole at the ProDesk was extremely disrespectful and has no business at the ProDesk assisting customers. I had simple issue that required rescheduling a delivery in which she was not able to handle. Nicole then tried to direct me to customer service for an issue that could clearly be handled by someone at the ProDesk (it’s a delivery for a ProCustomer). When I asked for someone to help me she walked away as if she was getting help only for me to realize she had no intention on providing any additional service to me. When she came back to the ProDesk cash wrap she said nothing; took her apron off and left the area as if I wasn’t still standing there. I approached another cashier that services the ProDesk (Nick) who took care of the issue by rescheduling the delivery within minutes. Thank you Nick. I hope this review reaches the appropriate people in power to make a change.

The store was clean and everything in place. The employees were smiling and friendly. They have a great system in place to keep you safe.

The young lady on checkout is always friendly and extremely helpful. I've had her assistance multiple times lately!

I had a great experience with a employee name Marty, thru all of my process of not knowing what I needed for my deck. Marty helped me through and took time out , had patience thru my process of me trying to figure out what deck material was in my budget. In a time like this with everyone being so inpatient and quick to be upset, Marty was not that person. He multitasked very well. He wails be the reason why I would shop at Springfield Home depot Location again. Thanks

Unprofessional associates, not concerned about really helping a customer. Poor excuses for not being able to provide assistance loading a vehicle with a heavy purchase.

I always enjoy my visit to this store, I have had good experiences and bad experiences, but overall. I enjoy the friendly relationship with the staff members at this location. They acknowledge me (They speak). That’s what keeps me coming back. Just continue to be friendly, I will not shop at a unfriendly store. One thing, I can count on is a friendly hello. That means a lot to me as a small business owner, I feel appreciated!!!

Steven was so helpful and talk me out of putting a 13 ft carpet in my sports car that I thought the seats could go down...lol I was in distress at the time and didn't want someone to buy the carpet because I waited so long for the cutter machines to get fixed. So a customer offer to take me to my household and I paid him and everything worked out perfectly.
