I went in at 630 on a Saturday to get materials for a home improvement project. Usually I'm very intimidated going into home improvement stores bc I have no idea where anything is. The employees at this store (Lori, Ebony, Nicholas, Kelly) were the absolute best in helping me load/unload about 200lbs of cinder blocks (thank you Nicholas!!!), helped me check out so easily, and just made me feel welcome - so early on a Saturday, during a pandemic. I will keep going back to this store bc of them!

Managers and customer service went above snd beyond to track down an old receipt on an item I had to return. I was very pleased and thankful for helping me out.

I placed an online order Fri 4/2/21. I called on 4/3/21 & confirmed with the store at 9am that the items were available & there were no issues. The associate advised that my order was ready. I had 3 people & a manager ask me if I needed assistance because I waited so long. I waited for nearly 2 hours to have the order filled. I was only 7 boxes & I ordered 11 boxes. I had to wait an additional 30 for a refund. All while another associate vomited at another cash register. Manager & sales associates lacked empathy & customer service skills. Do yourself a favor & go to another Home Depot.

Finding an associate to assist on items that are up in the bins above is a issue. The store needs to be a little cleaner, including the parking lot (It's a busy store so I know cleanliness is the last thing on the associates mind, so I would recommend a few signs being posted in those trouble areas)?

The Home Depot at #4114 Primos-Secane is a very good store to purchase your items. The store clerks are always pleasant and willing to assist you when needed to purchase your items.

Horrible Customer Service

Everything I was shopping for was in stock. The employee were very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked up. The checkout was fast with no problems.

Home depot is the best store ever. We and my family attend and shop every week for something needed. There customer service is superb and very professional.

Simply NOT enough associates to help customers and this is always the case! Also, the shelves are so disorganized its difficult to shop...especially in the tile department

Frustrating place to shop

I like this particular Home Depot because the store is very large and carries an extensive inventory. When I installed a new boiler, this store had all the parts I needed. I was amazed

Home Depot carries the best floor tiles

This is my go to store. They usually have what I need and the staff is great.

The store is dirty and not being sanitized. There are not enough employees and your management are never responsive. Not enough products.

I would not recommend this store because of the management team is non professional ( they never respond to assisting customers)and I witnessed staff degrading another staff member with gossip. The store is not being sanitized.

I have shopped at this location for many years and I have always been satisfied with the customer service ..availability of products land the location..

It's my go-to place for household items or gardening supplies. Great prices, friendly workers and easy to navigate.

Shop there often....its close to home and the people there are very pleasant to deal with they real make an effort to help you find or get what you might need. Need help loading heavy items.....they will help need help finding an item or questions about how to handle it......they'll help or get another employee to help doesnt matter what department...if they arent sure they find another who is. Just cant beat Home Depot.

I visited this store tonight prepared to spend several thousand dollars on appliances, but could not get anyone to help me. There was an employee in the department, but at first he was doing paperwork on the computer and would not meet my eye. Then he jumped up and ran off. He returned with a woman needing a replacement cabinet knob, and helped her for 10 minutes, cordially walking with her back down the aisle. He returned with another guy needing help, at which point I asked pleasantly, "Is it ever going to be my turn?" He shrieked (SHRIEKED) "I'm busy with customers! I'm only one person!" One person who sold a knob, and watched a refrigerator, microwave, disposal and dishwasher fly off the shelves at another retailer.

Bob the manager went out of his way to accommodate my request, more than what I had expected. Made sure the store had what I was looking for and found it in the stockroom, even when I told it wasn't necessary and to finish what he was doing. One helluva employee. Thanks again Bob.

Complete trash works in this store.

Everything was great. The place was clean and everything was in place. Fast and easy checkout.
