Jane helped me with my furnace filter. I had never done this on my own and was unsure about the product. She helped me find a great deal too and was very helpful. She was amazing!!!

I always use this store, they always have great employees to help out.

I just took a survey and forgot to mention our cashier. Had a huge order and she patiently scanned everything and had to look a few items up that did not have barcodes on them. Courteous, professional, and fast....all appreciated. Tory is her name

Was told a tool 'did not exsist' that I went to find in a different department, after waiting 25 minutes for person to arrive to help. Unless you just know this store, I recommend avoiding the headache.

I was about to leave the store when I noticed that my receipt did not total to the expected amount. I inventoried my reciept, and found I had neglected to scan $25 worth of bird seed. I went back and paid for the items, but an employee should have been at the door, checking reciepts for mistakes like mine.

I bought an assembled grill. Had a friend pick it up the next day. They had sold it. They offered to assemble another in a couple days. I don’t have a truck. No way to get it home now. Store didn’t care. I got a refund. Home Depot is the worst.

Every time I need something for my home I go to the Utica, mi Home Depot store! They are so helpful. Otherwise I would be so frustrated. They really make my shopping experience easy! Since I’m a recent widow and probably need more help than others their service makes it so much easier on me!

I was stuck between two different Home Depot’s but I’m so glad i went to the one in Utica because Kim was such a gem. Her dedication when it came to helping me figure things out for my garden was beyond amazing. Such a pleasure talking to her also.

I have shopped almost exclusively for my garden needs, both plants, soil, and decor. The plants thrive all season and the quality is exceptional. The prices are significantly lower than local nurseries and the quality is on par or better.

Buying major appliances is a major task for me but the very knowledgeable employees at the Utica Home Depot made my purchases easy.

I went there to purchase a Husky brand bedding fork because of the lifetime warranty. The only one I found was made by AMES (had no warranty). Aiden found the exact one I was looking for and went thru the extra effort to get it for me. I'll be shopping there again.

Usually can't find anyone in the departments but Georgette helped me so much in the blind department that I was finally able to purchase blinds. She even showed me a video on how to shorten them

Will continue to be my go to store! Clean and organized. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Found what I needed easily. I felt like I mattered and Sherry in electrical went out of her way to help!!!
