I think the utica store is 10 times better than the Macomb store more equipped and courteous. Macomb mgmnt needs to spend some time at the utica store and learn how to respect it's customers/veterans

Haven't been out much due to covid and being a senior but I needed to replace my microwave and Home Depot had a good selection and reasonable price.

This is a really clean store! And the people are very friendly.

I had really great experience at this location. I would recommend Ebdull, he went above and beyond helping us with finding tiles and other things. He was very patient with us and I was extremely satisfied with his service. Ask for him if you are at this location. Very fast, efficient, professional, patient and helped us ordering what we needed.

This home depot store is my go-to for everything home ownership related. The people at the store are very friendly and helpful at all times. Mary at customer service was very helpful during a recent visit. 100% prefer this store to the "big blue store"

This store has the most helpful employees who go above and beyond to assist their customers. The customer service in this store far superior than any other store than I have ever been to, I prefer to do any home improvement shopping from here over any other store. The store always has all of the supplies I need and the employees are beyond helpful.

Customer service and availability of assistance.

I ordered online and had the product shipped to the Utica store. I was notified when the product came in by email. I then went to pick the item up at the store. However, I had to return the item back to the store the next day; because the box it was shipped it was open. It was just folded close. When I got the item home, there was a plastic bags inside the box which had parts in it. It was torn open and parts were missing. I called online Home Depot and reordered that same product. This time, I had the item shipped to my home and they waived shipping cost because when I had it shipped to the store it had been tampered with.

The experience that Mary, in Customer Service, provided went above and beyond my expectations. She demonstration understanding and empathy and promptly addressed our issue, and in the most most convenient manner for us. Furthermore, without us even asking, she offered a discount on the replace garage door opener to compensate us for the bad experience that Chamberlain, the manufacturer had provided us over the past 3 weeks.

The Northpointe Blvd Home Depot in Utica is one that my company frequents for most of our purchases, on this visit, the Team was extra, meaning it's always good but this visit was exceptional, from Pam that's usually recognizing/ greeting me at Pro, now to Mary assisting at SD and Mary making my experience perfect & efficient, to each person I encountered in between as I shopped! Thank you for being our #1 store as a Restoration Company and providing an unparalleled experience.

Amazing service by Bill at this store. I needed the help and I didn’t have to search for it. All of my items were in stock and will be delivered within 14 days! I was pleasantly surprised and hope delivery and installation will go as well! They had a better selection than the competitor too.

The Utica Home Depot is very clean, fully stocked, and well managed. The staff is very professional and friendly and helpful. If you want outstanding customer service, ask for Sheba. She was AMAZING!

We found what we were looking for with no problem. The associates were friendly and helpful. We had to find the help and it took ten minutes to get it.

When asked for some assistance getting product from rafters, the salesperson took almost an hour to recover the product.

This store is clean and very busy. Things r=are well stocked and there are people to assist you as soon as you walk in.
