Had the misfortune of needing a garage door and front entry door. Gordon in this area did a fantastic job helping us ever step of the way— insuring we were satisfied (from color, to design). His customer service is fantastic and insured me that we made the right choice going here.

I needed help in the home improvement dept, getting a replacement cabinet door replaced and Dale was very helpfull.

The employee that waited on me was knowledgeable of what I needed to do and gave me good advice. He also showed me the right plywood to do the job right.

This stoee seems to be a bit larger than the other Home Depot on M59 I visit sometime. The cashier Madison was extremely helpful and friendly and got me checked out quickly

Most organized and clean Home Depot out of any in metro Detroit!

Customer service is exceptional with Sharon in the pro desk department very helpful lumber department and selection of wood is sometimes limited customer service with Elaina Rachel Latoya and Sarah are very helpful always in assisting me with returns and exchanges you have more product availability then the other Box stores as I send my customers into the departments or tile a kitchen bath for Making the selection of their products The manager of paint department is very well qualified and assist

Employees are friendly. They always have what I need in stock. I wish the prices were a little lower but I guess that could be everywhere. I am happy with the plant selections and the one-year warranty (save the receipt and the bucket).

Within it being COVID-19 they did have someone wiping down the checkout stations which made me feel very comfortable. We were serviced by a man by the name of Gus, he was very patient with us. We did not know anything and he explained everything to us and had the most positive attitude. When we went to check out we did not know how to scan the wood, and there was a nice young lady who offered to help us. I was very pleased with my experience at Home Depot.

They have several product lines for kitchen appliances. Store employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Financing also available.

I ordered on line and my order was ready the very next day, quick pickup at the service desk,got everything i ordered in and out of the store with out any problem, i would recomend this home depot.

With everything going on in the country you'd think you'd run into a MOD who's understanding BUT NO! You run into MOD's like Jason who make you never want to patronize establishments anymore. My issue is how he was not willing to work with my significant other being that he's a first responder risking his life on a daily basis saving lives and just showing up when people are running away real stand up guy. I know Home Depot offers 10% ofg for militarily and I assumed that if they'd extend a discount to military they'd extend it to a first responder on the front line of this pandemic! Boy was I wrong not only did I get a lame "It wouldn't be fair to the other customers excuse" my significant other got a "Thanks for your service while Jason walked away"! I won't be back at that Home Depot and I think that he's not personable, rude & shouldn't be in a leadership role if his doesn't have the ability to appease the customer.. so instead of giving a roughly 17 dollar discount on a almost 200 purchase he chose in that moment to lose a customer for life. Thanks Jason when my significant other steps up it's men like you who step away. The real hero isn't the man in the orange uniform it's the men and women protecting me and people like you

The employees are very friendly and I always feel like they really take their time to make sure the customers are happy.

I usually shop at the Sterling Hts store on 16 mile but was closer to Utica. Hadn't been in there for quite awhile.Everyone that I asked where to find the items I needed knew right where to go.Store was very clean and employees were very friendly. Good job .

I enjoy coming to this store a lot and to top it off the cashier I believe named Sara, a younger lady, was very kind and helpful.

Poor customer service. Associate Michelle in Windows and Doors department does not follow through with her promises to call us and keep us informed. She does not answer her phone and does not return my voicemail. Unsatisfied, FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!
