Witnessed two Crimes happening in the one hour i spent at the store

Well stocked indoor section and outdoor section. Plant variety was good and soil choices plus amendments were neat and abundant. This department has become a highlight of my visits to HD. The Manager's Special in front of the store was very inviting. Fall colors without too many pumpkins,lol

Received excellent service today in the paint department. Del and Tracie were friendly fast and efficient. Hope they are working next time I need paint.

Service is stepping up at HD in Vallejo. Staff members are available to answer questions and are very helpful

When in most Home Depots, their phone app doesn't work very well and sometimes. not at all. That makes it impossible to use the Veterans Discount that they advertise. If you are near another brand store go there.

I bought a garage door opener and insurance and installation on Home Depot Online store. I returned it because the installer said that my garage could not be installed this kind opener. The garage opener and insurance has been refunded. But, installation fee $129 has not been refunded. It would be appreciated if the installation fee is refunded.

Michael the assistant manager and Lanet were extremely helpful! I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location. Every employee I’ve interacted with is attentive and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure I find everything I’m looking for. The store itself is usually very well maintained, and getting in and out is generally easier and faster at this location.

I went to buy a refrigerator and was helped by a horrible, horrible cashier named Geraldine. This lady had such an attitude the whole time she was helping us as if she was bothered by the fact that she had to do her darn job. She didn’t even give me all my paperwork and then told me to call to set up my own warranty.. once I finished paying she got some other Asian guy who was supposed to help take the refrigerator to my truck and he just placed it out the front door and said someone else would come he also seemed to have attitude.. no one ever came and another customer helped load the fridge. By far the worst experience ever.. if your employees hates their job they shouldn’t have it. They are there to help people , I’m sure other people would love to have their job.. will definitely be contacting corporate

Most of the staff hide or don’t know what they are talking about. Especially in the electrical dept. some of the stuff I have heard the staff tell less knowledgeable customers is scary and is going to hurt someone. There are a few great cashiers that are quick and friendly. The store is great if you already know what you are looking for. I find myself using home depots web site in store to find products over asking for help.

I bought microwave this month and it was great.

I shopped for toilets today and Gary was so very helpful. He was excellent at his job. He showed me how very easy it was to repair my toilet valve and flap for the toilet when I was having trouble finding the right size replacement. I appreciate that he was patient and didn't seem bothered that it took me a while to make a decision about which toilet to buy. At check out Rojane and Frank had great attitudes, were positive, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Everyone I interacted with had exceptional customer service skills. I will be shopping here again.

This store has the best and most efficient employee their about . Please to keep Mo from the paint department to the Vallejo Home Depot store . I love her , she is a god sent to this store . I am happy and grateful u hired such and fantastic , hardworking woman to this department . At first I thought she was the supervisor. I would like to commend cashier Geraldine during my visit on 7/12/21. She was very helpful and attentive helping me to finish my shopping quickly and smoothly.

If you're lucky enough to find an employee on the floor, they probably don't know anything and won't find anyone else for you. If you must have assistance in the hardware department, for instance, to cut chain, someone might come to help you who only mumbles and you can't understand anything he says, if he's even speaking. When you go up to the cashier bay, you may encounter a cashier high-kicking her cash drawer over and over and over, with nothing happening and no one stopping her. Said cashier might tell you that PVC pipe fittings are not sold individually because they don't have barcodes printed on them. When you ask her if she can call someone to bring the correct ones up from that department she may tell you NO. Or, maybe that's just us. A bunch of idiots working there must mean a bunch of idiots up the chain as well.

This store is a bit off my route but I will definitely be going out of my way from now on because of a lady name ruby. She was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Prices are cheaper at Home Depot, verses Lows Hardware store,but you get plenty of help at Lows,but not enough help at Home Depot in Vallejo,California...

I have always enjoyed my visits to the Vallejo store, even when disappointed at not finding an item I needed. The only frustrating wait time is at the saw when a cut is required for the wood I'm purchasing. The poor operator is used for so many other duties that he often simply can't attend to those waiting. It would be lovely if the operators could not have his duties be stretched so far that customer service is compromised.

The employee's are always to helpful and cheerful. They make you feel welcome

The store arrangement is easy to find what you need. Whenever I need something that I need to see it right away, I ask the employees and they will walk me to the place where the materials are or simply tell me the aisle number . Employees are very respectful and helpful whenever I have my shopping in the store. For example" " what section can I find the disposable gloves". This employee came with me and told me" sir on the no. 10 aisle or if you can not find them come back to me and I will help you". So that when my friends ask me where I bought those materials I always tell them to shop at Home Depot at Vallejo, California.Store is clean and associates are very helpful. I am able to get assistance if I needed it. I always find the oviduct I am looking for easily.
