The store and parking lot are a mess, and the employees are not cheerful and helpful, that is why I usually drive to the Martinez store instead of this aberration, even though I have to pay a $6 bridge toll. Much cleaner and better atmosphere there.

This store is always well stocked and depending on the day of the week, affords quick in and out shopping. I had to find a specific garden hose which I did and a hose repair item, which I did. I also cut a length of quarter round in their lumber area. Easy to do. Associates asked if I needed help, which I didn't, and I the cashier at checkout was fabulous.

only if they hired a few more trained individuals, I bet it would make ton of difference.

They fall short on service and after service. If you order carpeting you will have to wait thirty minutes on the phone to find out if they are coming and days after because they do not bother to send the paperwork. In home service might or might not get back to you. Prices will change UP from original quote in store with some sort of made up excuse after in home inspection.

they are the worst Home depot around

Today was an excellent shopping experience at Home Depot. The staff was really on it today. From start to check out was a Five Star experience. Well done. Felt appreciated like no other!

Best Experience I ever had shopping Fast lines In & Out even if very Busy Parking Lot , I saw on the way home a protest of Long slow Lines while shopping.I doubt any had been to Home Depot in Vallejo that day

This was the first time I used merchandise pick up and it was GREAT. Employee's and the Cashier where very helpful.

the new store manager Robert is all around the best manager this store has ever had. Store is stocked. Store has pros in each isle answering your questions. They definitly have won me back to go back there regularly.

the store is excellent. It is stocked with everything you need and it is also staffed by one of the most professional groups of people you could ever find. The front end has been improving exponentially this year. It's also was excellent last year. But they seem to be going from strength to strength. They have hired so many new very friendly very professional ladies up front that make going through the check stands a pleasure. My only negative comment is in regard to the employees with the overly-long fingernails and heavy makeup. It's unprofessional it's inconsiderate and it's immature. Those individuals are usually resistant to help you cold and unkind. They have the attitude that they don't need to work because they're too good and they're too beautiful to do any hard work so they stand around doing nothing. They are a black mark on this store. Home Depot is a hardware store it's not a fingernail shop or a strip club. They need to get that message down to the front lines to some of these kids who haven't grown up yet.

I've shopped at the Vallejo store for over 15yrs. People are friendly and helpful. I have received excellent advice on electrical and plumbing. Over the 15 yrs I only had one bad experience and it was resolved by the assistant manager. On very rare occasions I've experienced associates that pretended they knew something but didn't. Again rare. My only criticism is the stock could be better organized. However, I try to be understanding as this is a busy store and customers can be slobs

Employees are on the defensive about anything and everything. I've even had to ask an employee once to please be nice to me and not condescending.

Friendly and knowledgeable work force! Always seems to have the tools/materials I need when I need them.

Home Depot in Vallejo is a Pro Store for Contractors in many areas of building. Paint and Construction Experts have much helpful advice and Pro items are well stocked. I also use the Napa, CA and Fairfield stores, but I find the Experts at the Vallejo, CA store to be the most helpful. If you need construction tips, Vallejo HD is the place to go.

Everything you need for Home Improvement is available at Home Depot. Great customer service!

Best help ever in a home Depot great staff

After the guy helped me cut the pole I needed for my grandcildren's closet, he told me not to forget to get my veteran's discount when I'm paying for my purchase. The employees were ready to help and give advice on my project.

This is always a well-organized and stocked Home Depot. In addition, it's located near a number of other stores and restaurants, which is nice.

Store is clean well stocked easy to navigate .one better bay area stores .I feel at home here when I shop .and guys at cabinet and also door desks go all out to help you and make you smile.overall great staff .

We enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. As I said earlier, the product is good, the people are friendly and helpful, and the prices are good too. We can find things easily, the associates are very helpful and the store is clean.

I did not know that the online price of a product is different from the store price, It wasn't also mentioned in the website that if the store matches the price online, you will no longer get your military discount of 10% and if you applied for the home depot card - the $25 cannot be applied to your purchase (you can get the $25 on your next purchase) If not for the employees like Rhonda, manger Vicky and the guy that helped us in appliance dept (Paul?) I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Customer service received by “Gary” on Aisle 17, Bay 019 was not helpful, he was hardly responsive and unprofessional. Gary was not helpful to myself, a person of color but, he was more than helpful and responsive to a customer on the same aisle who was caucasian. Every employee should treat every and all customers with great customer service with no racially biased intent.
