Jessica and Casey in the flooring department are wonderful and very helpful. They both were able to get a issue resolved quickly and made us very happy with the outcome.

The "store agents" were exceptionally kind and very instructional & forthcoming w/ their info.

Huge thank you to the three gentlemen who helped me thus morning. I was looking for a specific smoke alarm and vacation watering system and everyone was so helpful!

Very clean, multiple employees ask to help or assist. bathroom very clean and smelled cleaned. products stocked very well. sometimes I've noticed a wrong product in a package that was returned. like soft close hinges for cabinets, the wrapper was torn and taped closed with a completely different company name. only noticed this when I got home to install them. waisted trip and time, because someone returned it after replacing it with there old product. return clerks should have looked since the wrapper was torn and taped. instead it went back on the shelf for resale of a returned product.

This store almost always has what I need, and when they don't they will usually order it for me. The people here seem to really enjoy their jobs and helping people, and I appreciate that.

We can't imagine a nicer store and a better shopping experience. It is clean, well stocked and, unlike some other locations, has sufficient friendly and knowledgeable employees which are eager to assist you.

Terrible customer service with employees who will accuse you that the gift cards you bring in have no money on them even though they do.

If you check on-line for product availability before going to the store, don't take the results as 100% accurate. I had previously purchased CREE 40Watt LED bulbs and checked on-line for availability but even though I searched for "40 W LED" and even "Cree 40 W LED", the search results did not return any hits. When I was in the store purchasing other items, I found the Cree LEDs in stock. When I repeated the search later, they showed up....

Had one product I wanted but others that said were in stock no employee could find and were not willing to go “in back” and look for them. Just looked at what was on shelves. Was Told to order online.

Employees need to retake training on how to deal with customers. I was there to make a return today and the elderly lady with purple hair was very rude. No hello, no goodbye, she seemed offended that I was making a return. MISERABLE people need to just stay home if you don't like your job!!

This Victor Store is a Jewel amongst others.Every person I asked provide friendly Customer Service and even walked me to the Department to show me the items I was looking for. Dave Scott in Doors was very informative and helpful. 5 STARS rating!

I love my Home Depot! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lenard, Don and Steve who helped me get a very large piece of lattice to fit in my car. Exceptional customer service!

I ran in to make a quick purchase of cold patch asphalt repair only to have a dust up with Nancy my cashier. All the stores in our area recently updated the credit card keypad system. (Which you cannot use Apple Pay or the like on) This is unsatisfactory in 2020 especially with corona. This store is usually awesome. The people, the cleanliness, supplies. I shop there frequently. I am always friendly and never give anyone a tough time as I too worked retail for many years, and currently work with the public, and know how challenging it can be. More so in this pandemic era. When I came up to cash out I didn’t recognize the woman. I left the bar code face up so she could scan the asphalt quickly. She fumbled looking for the barcodes on the other bags and while doing so I attempted to enter my ProXtra ID. This apparently locks up the awesome new credit terminals. I had tot ask her to enter it for me. She then asked me accusingly if I “pressed that button while she was scanning?!” I sheepishly said “yes”, where she then began to scold me for touching the button while scanning. I was embarrassed she was speaking to me in such a way. I instinctively and without thought saluted her and said “yes ma’am”. She then again proceeded to scold me more by saying “why did you do that”?! “I wasn’t being nasty to you”! In order to avoid an argument with Nancy or becoming the subject of some pandemic video at the home improvement store taken by someone. I simply ignored her finished my purchase and left not saying a word. This isn’t going to deter me from coming to the store or interacting with the sales associates because the store is generally top notch to include the cashiers. Prior to the pandemic many of them recognized my children when they came in with me. I must say that this is how self checkout becomes prominent. Nobody wants to argue with a cashier. I would’ve self checked out this trip too if it wasn’t for the size of the items and needing to cash out in building materials.

Store is doing an excellent job during this covd 19 scare. Shelves look great and employees are very helpful.

I went to the store on a Friday, went to customer service, and paid for three items to be picked up at will call the following morning. The next day, when I arrived, I was informed that one of the items that I paid for was no longer available, because Home Depot failed to pick my item from the shelf to be available at will call. Instead, the Home Depot sold the item that I already paid for to another customer, essentially stealing my money and capitalizing on me and the person who also bought the item that I paid for.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the painting department especially.

I have shopped at the Victor Home Depot for many years and normally the service is excellent, but today the service was terrible. I was there to buy a gas grill for Father’s Day and all the grills were on the top rack. When I asked a store associate about getting one down he acted very dismissive and told me it would 15 minutes or more. After about a half hour, I went back to see if the grill was brought down, the associate was no where to be found. So I asked another associate and was told I was looking at least another hour! Really!! An hour! Those grills should have been on the sales floor not on the top rack, especially since it’s Father’s Day weekend. I did finally get the gas grill, but only after a long wait.

The team is especially helpful and Customer-focused!

I asked to have a plywood remnant I found on the scrap cart cut in half. Kid missed the cut by about 2 inches, but I let it go as I was pressed for time. When the kid coded the incorrectly cut plywood remnant from the scarp cart, he coded it as a full sized, 4x8 pc of plywood. Sadly, I didn't notice this (nor the price) until after I got home but I'll be taking those pcs back and talking to the manager tomorrow, tho now I'll have wasted 3 hours of my time and 4 gallons of gas for this debacle. This is the second time in a week that the workers in this locations' lumber section were sub-par.

I have always had good luck finding associates to help me at the Victor NY store. They are all equally enthusiastic about finding what I need for my projects and how to use the right tools and materials to achieve success.
