We are in the process of redoing our kitchen and found the staff very helpful and informative. They stay with you throughout your selection process and are very flexible if you decide to change things after leaving the store.

The store has friendly helpful people, and is very clean.

David in Mill Work was so very helpful; we were creating out own sliding barn door for a closet and had to find unique solutions to some of the project challenges. David was kind and offered many suggestions. Thanks David!

The key to this store's success is in it's employees. I am always happy to shop here due to how helpful they are. The only "ding" I can report on is the mobile ladder/stairs units that are used to stock the shelves: they are often in the aisles, making it difficult to get around them when shopping.

Every employee that I have had the pleasure to deal with has been helpful and polite.

I think Debra in Flooring department postponed her lunch for at least 90 minutes to help me finish my special services flooring order. Mentioned that to my wife later and found out Debra had helped her tremendously several years ago also. Clearly a pattern of going above and beyond!

Every employee we encountered over the past month has gone above and beyond to help us. We have visited for many different pieces to home remodeling and everyone made an effort to accommodate our needs. In the past 6 months I have seen an up-tick in available employees to ask- this is a huge improvement from years past where I walked around looking for help. I shop here for the convenience and expertise!

This is my favorite Home Depot. I have seen a big difference in the past two years with the level of customer service. It is usually easy to find someone to help answer questions. They work as a team and if they don't know something, will get you a person who has that knowledge. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the organized and well stocked store. Thank you for making Victor Home Depot a pleasant shopping experience.

I BOUGHT REBAR AND MY HANDS WERE MESSY HOLDING THE REBAR BUT THE CASHIER KEVIN GAVE ME HANDIWIPES I COULD USE TO CLEAN MY HANDS AND A BAG TO WRAP AROUND THE REBAR SO WOULDN'T GET HANDS DIRTY AGAIN. KEVIN WAS FRIENDLY AND I APPRECIATE THE SMALL THINGS HE DID FOR ME. THANK YOU!

I always start at Home Depot when searching for home improvement supplies. They have the best selection of the best products. The staff is always helpful. Perfect example- Ryobi one plus cordless tool line- a home Depot exclusive!

The Victor New York store is an example for other Home Depot should strive to be. The employees are always welcoming and willing to help you find what you want. I recently bought pier tools there and the cashier worked with me and from there on I will buy Ryobi tools from Home Depot as well as the Husky brand tools.
