My swamp cooler stopped working yesterday, Aug 26, 2023 so I went into Home Depot to get parts, nobody showed up to help me and I left 1/2 hrs later with what I thought I needed. Something wasn't right. So this morning, August 27, 2023 at 830am I took the old belt in to measure it against the new belt and make sure I had gotten the right one. Well, after I check out at 8:43 Ganae is standing at the exit and tells me "We need to talk about what's in this bag" and then proceeded to grab the bag from me. I was confused and asked 'what are you talking about'? She tells me "I saw you take the package of another belt and put it in here" . I pull the belt out and told her "as you can see this is the old belt" and she kept harassing me about it. I'm like hold on, this is Home Depot, home of do it yourself we're here to help and this person is clearly not willing to help. So I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. I walk away and she started following me out the door yelling "let me give your the number, here's the number, don't you want the number". I have 3 rentals along with my own home, I have had a HD card for over 15 yrs and have only shopped at HD for all of my home repair needs. I am a very unhappy customer. The gentleman in the appliance department, Mr. Romo was excellent and very personable. He helped us to be an easy process.

They don't know what they are doing. They couldn't find a box that was returned the day before. Took them 3 days. They couldn't even track a package.

The customer service here falls well short of the standards Home Depot is known for. I was trying to return an item, only to find nobody working the returns desk. After walking to the service desk to get somebody's attention, a young lady sprang to the rescue, except that she blew past me and walked to the returns desk where another customer who had entered after me was waiting.

The store is always clean, the employees are always very friendly and easy to find. Our favorite employee is an older gentleman named Mark. If I have any questions I am always helped and well informed.

The customer service is fantastic at this specific Home Depot. Natalie is beyound great. She is friendly, patient, and most importantly professional. She always has a smile and is willing to help as best as she can. Stan at the Pro desk is awesome too! He always has a good attitude and even with the many faces he sees every day, he knows his customers personally. The review is only 4 stars because unfortunately there has been a handful of times the app said they had the product available in store but was not there. Again, this is were Natalie has always helped me get what I need by ordering it for me online.

We just had one of the best shopping experiences at Home Depot. We found everything that we were looking for and it was reasonably priced. We used the self checkout however, Mikayla was extremely helpful.

We went shopping for special decorations and diego/Karla helped us with pulling and prepping our item for pickup and checking us out with a smile

I was in to pick up a few items at this Home Depot location. Hunter a sales associate at checkout was very nice and accommodating. He didn't hesitate to scan my items and help me. He gave a very high level of outstanding customer service and support. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations.

Ac went out and we needed the vents for portable ac units and Vicente went out of his way to welcome us to the store and immediately asked us what we needed help with and brought us to where we needed for what we were looking for and then asked us how we were doing! Anna at checkout was so friendly and nice!

Every item that I have purchased at this store has worked out well.

I have had two different experiences with returns that required manager approval and extra time. All staff members involved were helpful and friendly during the transactions.

The gentleman at the registers, Frank. Very friendly, very informative. It's clear that he loves his job and loves working for that particular Hoke Depot location in particular. He mentioned how at this Home Depot, everyone is family. He welcomed us back with our dog after we told him that a Juárez México location did not allow us in with our dog. It's great to see folks with great work ethic who WANT to be there. He even joked with us while fixing a scanning problem for us. Also about 18 months ago I had a flare lf my chronic fatigue syndrome right in the store. I was laying down because I could no longer stand or sit. A lovely employee named Maria Jensen helped us out tremendously by taking our items to check out and bringing us a wheelchair so that my hubsband could wheel me to the bathroom. She waited for me at the bathroom and then met us as the front with our items for purchase. She also bought me a bottle lf water and wouldn't allow us to pay her for it. She helped make an embarrassing amd physically painful situation a comfortable and safe one. Thank you to both od these stellar employees.

Go buy your appliances from Amber at this Home Depot store. She is friendly, not at all pushy and very passionate and knowledgeable. She will give you honest information and help guide your decision
