Would be nice if the store had a rental department. Only a couple of heavy equipment rentals on the property. Nearest rental for smaller items is 9 miles away

As a HVAC Mechanical Contractor, a Home Owner and all around construction tradesman, Home Depot has been in my life over 25 years. Very convenient when I need to get certain supplies to star or finish jobs. Thank you Home Depot

This location is clean, with helpful employees. Being new homeowner's, this is our go to store!

For the most part, my experience with Home Depot has been good. At this location and a few other locations (Eubank, Coors/I40, Rennaissance) I've had difficulty with my Veteran status. I moved recently from CA and did not have the time needed to go get my NM Safe License showing my Veteran Status. I keep a copy of my discharge DD214 on my phone digitally for discount purposes when I am out. I've shown several employees the status along with my ID to which they were kind and thanked me for my service and applied the discount. On several occasions I was told they absolutely would not honor the discount because the status was not on my CA drivers license so they could not honor it. They were rude and discourteous arguing Store Policy. I now have my NM DL with the Veteran status on there, however, I was extremely tempted to stop shopping at Home Depot over this. In my experiences, When an employee does not have the flexibility to make logical exceptions, they are working in an environment that does not value them. They are not empowered to take care of their patrons and customers in the best interest of the store. I remodel houses and own rental properties. I do a lot of business at Home Depot as well as other providers (several thousand dollars annually). This was a very disheartening experience in my transition from CA to NM. Whatever the policy was or is, I was made to "feel" as though I was a liar or a thief in light of my service rather than what your goal of honoring Vets through the discount offering. This policy is a mis-fire for all Vets who are turned down over this. I have no doubt there are some unsavory few who try to take advantage of the discount dishonestly. Unfortunately, this policy insults the honest hard working Vets out there to 'punish' the dishonest ones. I'm sure there are plenty of Vets who will shop at other stores costing you more than the little 10% liar discounts that do occur. It's a business decision. If a Vet has proper documentation, let your employees make that determination. If they don't have the correct documentation of any kind then don't offer the discount. Just make a policy that truly works to your goal of actually honoring those honest Vets or get rid of it all together. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I bought a fridge from there, and everyone, from the sales representative to, Connie who is customer service representative and all of the guys that help load the Fridge into the van were extremely helpful. I would use this store again and recommend it to all of my friends.

I bought a toilet which included toilet, toilet seat, tank, wax ring, and hardware. We got home, took out the toilet and it was missing all the hardware, instructions, wax ring, and gasket. I had to go to the store 3 times to get each part that was missing. The area where the supply line goes, was full of black gunk. I feel like someone took out the new toilet and threw in the old, used one. The 1st time we went back, the man said to take the empty box, we received the wax ring that visit, worker tossed box. Then we tried to put the tank on top of the toilet, it was missing the bolts. Went and got the bolts. Finally put the bolts in, connected supply line, flushed, water went everywhere due to no gasket. There was black gunk inside the toilet and tank. We looked at the supply line area, full black gunk. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Went to the store last time, and this worker opened a box and handed us everything that should've been included. Which had the instructions and covers for the bolts. I will not be shopping at home depot again.

This store is OK if you need a quick item like nuts ,bolts , wood. But if you would like more selection of various like items say different brand tools they may only have one brand to choose from where the bigger stores have more than one brand.

We purchased a washer and dryer from Ric, the appliance specialist at this Home Depot. He was AMAZING! He made us feel so comfortable and special! If I know anyone who needs kitchen, bath or laundry appliances, I will be sending them straight to Ric. I have never received such extraordinary customer service!

Employees are uniformly friendly, courteous and helpful. Store is clean, well-organized and full of the things you need!

Employees have no knowledge of the products. Some are too concerned about their looks than customer service. A simple 'excuse me" does not seem to be in their vocabulary. Foul language seems to be the language of the day.

RICHARD IN THE PAINT DEPT IS FRIENDLY AND CONSISTENTLY PROVIDES ANSWERS AND IDEAS FOR MY PAINT NEEDS. KATHY IS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY.

This store seems to have a slightly smaller selection of tool belts and tools than some of the other Home Depots, but they always seem to have all of the materials that I need. Their staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable than most stores. The employees had many great tips that saved me both time and money on my current job.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
