I went to this store to find the Varathane clear tintable stains of which they had two in stock, finally. In looking at the colors I wanted for the stains, it was not clear at all which colors could be used for the clear versus the white stains and I had to hassle with the associates to have them help me figure out what could be used. The floor manager lady was not helpful at all and not friendly. The young man was very helpful and very friendly and I was finally able to pick some colors for the clear stains. Every time I go to this store, for the most part, it's very difficult to find anyone to help, if needed and when you finally find someone, half the time they act like they don't even want to be working.

My experience ordering a door from Home Depot was excellent. I ordered a door measurement, they came and measured the door and when buying the door, the employee (Danny) knew everything I needed. I was extremely pleased.

This store is always clean and products are usually easy to find. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Once in a while it's hard to get help but it's understandable since many more people are taking on projects at home during the pandemic.

Had a great experience shopping at Home Depot today. They had the brand of Programmable sprinkler Adapter I was looking for and friendly customer service.

Ordered online for pick up. I made sure inventory was in stock before placing order. Waited for a pick up text that never came. Called store to find out that my order was incomplete so the order was cancelled. Wasted my afternoon

We had to have help with several items and at check out we still have not found one of them and the cashier asked if we found everything and was able to direct us to find the last remaining item on our list. We needed help in lumber and in locating plumbing supplies, everyone was friendly and helpful and they did a great job with making me feel safe while shopping

I experienced “excellent” customer service during my last visit to Home Depot. It has been my experience during times of stress or, in this case, our “crisis, “customer service people often feel the pressure and are usually not very customer-oriented, and many forget their manners. My recent visit to Home Depot was different. Nicol in the garden center was very customer service oriented. She had a smile on her face, and she did her job efficiently, she had a positive attitude and directed me to get a box to handle my plants better. She also gave me advice on how to sit my plants on the rim of the basket to make more room in the basket so that my plants wouldn’t get squished, or was it to encourage me to buy more? Hmm, good strategy. I was also impressed with how Nicole reminded those of us in line to be aware of the space between us, you know, social distancing. She said it with such ease and confidence that I felt compelled to comply, although the man in front of me was my father, and we drove in the same vehicle, lol, but she didn’t know that. I left very pleased with my shopping experience at Home Depot and I'll go back soon.

I went to this home improvement store to purchase lumber for a home improvement project. To my surprise, there was a large metal cart loaded with lumber that had been marked down 70%. The ends of each 8' board were spray painted with blue or purple paint. I carefully went through the stack and found enough pieces to finish my project. None of the boards I selected were warped or cracked. When I checked out, the entire purchase came to less than $4.00 with tax. That was unbelievable. So, if you need lumber for a home improvement project, first look through the marked down lumber that may be blemished in some way. You may find exactly what you need at a great savings.

I needed to replace a home water filter using PEX and Shark Bite connectors to compliment the copper tubing on my water filter. The associate working the aisle at this store was very helpful to take time in showing me the exact parts I needed. When I got home, all the parts worked perfectly. This store seems to always have staff to help with home projects. Great store and personnel.

I highly recommend this store, the staff are very friendly. You walk around there and they actually ask you if they could help you. WOW. I use to walking miles in those type of stores and you can’t find anyone. Go and see what I’m talking about.

We drive all the way from Edgewood just to go to this Home Depot they are extremely nice and friendly and Vincent always help us find whatever we need!

This store usually has what my home store sometimes doesn't have in stock. The associates here are always willing to help find what I'm looking for. I have to drive a little farther, but I really feel comfortable shopping here!
