I'd be on here all day if I broke it down one by one, so, in my best effort to summarise I say this: I love this store enough to by-pass any more conveniently located facility even other home depots, for something even as "insignificant" as AH hex nut. But the real real is, that when my dream comes true, this Home Depot will be my sponsor to make home remodeling dreams come true for those who have fallen on hard times no matter what the narrative is, judgement free love from the community to show that it doesn't always have to be the end of everything. Our stories are everlaating. I look forward to utilising Home Depot for my present and future endeavors and I appreciate Home Depot for seeing to all my past construct needs., Be it product or educational, Home Depot does not disappoint. The employees and management of the store treat customers like criminals. The district manager and corporate Home Depot refuses to contact me about this issue what a horrible store and Company! Here’s a picture of the last prevention employee who falsely accused me

I run into home depot to get various things I need. You don't back you yard equipment with service, so I do go elsewhere. I had a weed wacker, I took in when the line got caught in the housing and no one there could help me there. I took the thing to a local hardware and the man got it unstuck. Thus I bought me next weed wacker at the hardware. Customer service is so important.

Wonderful store to shop. Been my go to home improvement store for many many years! Always easy to locate items. However, on the rare instance, i have never had an issue getting an employee to help locate a item.

We always enjoy visiting the Home Depot. The aisles are large and it is fun to think about our next project here at Home Depot

One cashier Located in "Pro" area at opposite side of store. Consumers will get EXACTLY what they are willing to accept No more, No less. Period

The staff was helpful from the second I walked in the store all the way to the check out where Scott made me laugh the whole way out, it was a great experience for a Home Depot store and when I had questions everyone in all the departments I was in was glad and pleasant to help me out. Went to West Home Depot in Flint and I bought a heater. I was unable to connect the heater and it was very easy for me to return and get my refund, employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Refund

I visit this store about twice a week on average because of its close proximity to other shopping and Doctors/medical offices . If I have other business nearby and time available I will stop just to check on sales and see what's new. I have spent thousands at the equipment rental and plan to do so in the near future. Great store and very helpful/informative staff.

I have always had great experiences at this store, but when I was accused of cutting a 45 degree piece of conduit and then when I went to the department to get a new one and show it was the same, I was accused of going to my car to get it. Horrible customer service from Cornisha at this store. Even the manager told her it was not cut and she argued with him she was not returning it for me.

MariEllen the customer service worker was very nice and polite and made my experience much better than I expected. She counted back my change in my hand. First time in years that happened. It just made my day!
