We enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. It is now our “go-to” store for home improvement. We have always found the employees to be professional, courteous, helpful, friendly, and respectful - like Bonnie who was the cashier for us today. Excellent work.

It's has been my number one store for at least 9 years love the staff so much every time I come in always greeted with kindness and help with any questions which I've been in other locations never feel good when I go to home depot other locations I will only go in to this location 4380 w. Me personally I shop at homedepot so much I can fine most of the merchandise myself most of the time when I can't and need help finding anything homedepot associate always willing to help with smile never had a bad experience

when paying my bill I did'nt have the correct change the cashier a young man named Chad reached into his pocket and offered to pay with his own money! What a great kid !!

By far the best of the Home Depot stores! The staff are the best!

We have been to this store a number of times and items we have looked for are usually in stock. The employees are helpful and make sure that you are taken care of. We recently worked with Dan in the kitchen department and he was excellent in helping us through the design and ordering of the cabinets and countertops for our kitchen remodel.

Sue in Electrical has one of the best personalities and great patience. She's the reason I come to this homedepot when purchasing anything from Electrical.

Home Depot associates are quite knowledgeable of products and alternatives of a product. I've been shopping Home Depot for decades and in all of these years, I've never run across a 'disgruntled' associate. On the other hand, I was very uncomfortable with the number of customers that were NOT social distancing or wearing a mask during this COVID-19 pandemic, because of this, we did no 'impulse' shopping -- we moved on to another store where we could feel safe. Curbside and ship-to-home are available for those that can't wear a mask and for those that refuse to wear a mask because it goes against their principles. I answered, yes, to the question 'would you recommend this store', but, I'd have to recommend with caution during this 2020 pandemic. The safety of all associates and all customers should be priority at Home Depot.

It was our first time of placing an order online and picking up curbside. It was flawless at your Flint Store on Corunna Rd. You had what we needed in stock, emailed us when the order was complete along with instructions for pickup. We parked in curbside pick up when we arrived, which was thoroughly identified. Let them know we had arrived and out came the employee with our order. Stocked, efficient, orderly, quick and correct! Yes, they nailed it!

I went to this store today and was simply amazed at the customer service the employees exhibited towards me. I was in there for roughly 2.5 hours and any questions I had were answered or the employees took to me the aisle. It is a clean store and they practice social distancing. Everyone had on a mask.

On two separate occasions, I went to this store to make a purchase for an item listed as in stock and available. The first visit consisted of asking an employee for help. The help consisted of looking at overhead stock above where we were standing and said they were out of stock and more were ordered. I returned a week later, checked inventory online, read that there were 11 in stock. There were none out for sale, asked a salesperson and was told the inventory doesn't always match the web site numbers. I was then asked if I wanted to see if it was available at another store and I stated I came to this store because the item was in stock and how could I rely on inventory data at another store when the data was already unreliable.

Employees are always very pleasant and helpful.

Get “ICE” off the Pro Desk registers. We as contractors don’t have the time or patience to deal with incompetency.
