I buy all my projects supplies, home, yard, and not once have I been disappointed they nail it every time, love the home depo my favorite place to be..

got GE dehumidifier .. it was a snap to hook up and start. runs great.. I also got LG refrigerator i just love. It came with an easy to follow instruction manual and set up was easy. runs great.

It is employees like Ms. Cornisha that make you want to come back to the store and shop. Because you know you’re going to have a good experience she’s going to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The associates who helped me, Sue and Kennedy, and two others, truly were interested in helping me find the air purifier I wanted. It was sold out, but they did everything in their power to help me locate one at the discounted price. It took precious time out of their day to spend a little time with me for a $50 purchase, but they treated me as if I was buying $5,000 worth of merchandise.

I bought this light for outside my house it work good in the dark at night

The staff at the Coruna Rd. Flint township store is down to earth, consistently friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience buying from Maria B. Bought a refrigerator on the 18th on April , changed my mind and went in on the 20th she was so helpful in canceling my first one and picking out another to buy. This is the Flint store on Corunna Rd. Thanks Maria, (first time I ever met)

Carrie helped me special order a Cub Cadet zero turn and followed up on delivery process and special financing. I received mower in record time from factory via Central Transport. I was very satisfied with whole purchase process

We were in the area to help our granddaughter work on her home and not familiar with this particular store. My experience was great. Every employee I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If the did not know something specifically the found an associate who did.

We weren't able to get a product from our local Home Depot so had to call around to find it. It was located at the #2716 Flint store and they were willing to hold it for us until we could drive the 30+ miles to get there. The Service Desk employees were fantastic and helped us immensely.

Went in to get just a few things, knew where everything was so in and out. Everything I wanted was in stock. James the cashier was very personable and polite..Good trip

Ernest helped me find a hard to find plumbing item and get a house key made in 5 minutes flat. And helped 4 other people while also helping me. Whoa. Impressive.

Moses was extremely nice and very helpful while I was using the self checkout!! He helped me bag a few items...put the bags in my cart...and lifted some of the heavier items for me to scan!

I really hate the self checkout

I brought an old blower to Home Depot which I could not get to work. I asked if it could be fixed; they took it and discovered that it had gasoline in it which caused it to be inoperative. They tried to unjam, but could not. Initially did not think, it could be fixed, but went to work on it and got it working with Trufuel!

I was in for a hot water heater that I couldn't find in stock at other stores. Had great service getting my product to the register and the cashier was very friendly. Had help getting the tank loaded in the back of my truck. The employees were great ..thank you !

When item not available she called found and had them hold for us!

The manager Carrie went out of her way to help me not only when I entered the store, but when I ran into a problem and thought I had to return my item, she set up delivery for it and helped the people behind the desk, all while cutting her lunch short

This Home Depot is a little bigger than other ones nearby. They have more inventory and staff than the other ones. Usually the staff is very friendly and helpful, but once in a while you get a snarky one. Other than that, I would only change the stuff in the aisles. It's kind of "junky-looking".

Great organic seed and fertilizer selection

Cheryl designed our kitchen cabinets and countertops with expert precision. I could not imagine how she color matched a cabinet from another brand that's 10 years old but we brought home our new cabinets from Cheryl and they are perfect. Cheryl was patient with me during all my false starts on the countertop and tirelessly redrafted my design each time. She's a professional and it shows. Highly recommend to everyone I know as the experience was awesome and the results even better. We are very thankful for her help and guidance during the renovation.

I was greeted by all the employees with hi or hello do you need help or assistance with anything. Are you finding everything you needed. I thrive on great customer service. That’s more important than the items in the store.

This is my new go to hardware/project store. Awesome staff.
