Shopping there was like part of their family, everyone working was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the shelves full. I will go back and shop .

This is the second time I have come here and grabbed a pot on your top shelf just to have freezing cold water crash down and spill all over me. What is wrong with you guys? Either move the pots from your garden section and bring in doors OR flip the pots over so the rain water doesn't fill up! Where is your common sense?! I told Elizabeth about this problem and she seemed very irritated with this request and I'm sure she will not do it based on her terrible and unfriendly attitude!

Very poor service today at Madison Home Depot. Not once was I greeted by any employee, although there were several throughout the store. I visited Kitchen and Bath, Hardware, and Garden and had some questions but some employees were to busy with their private conversation to even acknowledge that I was there. Hope this was just an isolated incident instead of normal business practices.

They had a wrong price on the self and never honored it even though it had expired in 2008

The associates were so friendly. The store was neat and clean. The associate was so helpful, friendly. She had no problem ordering the product I needed.

Charlotte is an exemplary employee. I enjoy going to this store because of her! Always kind with an encouraging word! Wish all stores had Charlottes working for them.

I am not sure where W Huntsville comes from the store that Ashley works at is the N Charleston store in S Carolina

I rarely write store reviews, but this one is worth it. The associates at customer service were very helpful, but it was Carlos in hardware who went above and beyond! If you ever need help in hardware ask for Carlos, he will make sure you are treated as an A+ customer. Because of him, I will consider shopping here before going to Lowe’s for my hardware needs. The 4 stars are because they were out of the 3 parts I needed, but Carlos helped me choose an alternative.

Needed new exterior doors, Jeff in the door department was extremely helpful.

Staff is always helpful. The assistance needed is always available and friendly. The product I was looking for was in stock at this store and no others in north Alabama. This is the best of the three stores in the Huntsville, AL area.

I am so frustrated with this store. The sales associate informed me that by opening a Home Depot Credit Card- I could save 25$ on my order at the point of sale. I opened the card and spent more than an hour waiting on sales associate to figure out how to give me the 25$ discount for opening the account. I never got the 25$ off my purchase. Beware don’t open a credit card with Home Depot to save money- you will just waste your time and you want receive a discount. I am totally disgusted . I will pay balance off in full and close card immediately.

Wonderful experience shopping at this location. Staff took time to be sure I was satisfied with any questions I had. One member even contacted another employee to verify her responses. Love the professionalism displayed by this team. Definitely will continue to shop at this store. I was at this store last week and the staff remembered me and displayed happiness for my visit, they really made me feel welcome. Just a lovely team of professionals.

The staff at Home Depot on Lawson Ridge are Pros. I've bought project supplies from every department in their store and they're always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. the store is stocked and clean and everyone did their job.

I came into the store looking for a few storage bins and went searching for them. I passed by 10 associates who never spoke or acknowledged me as a shopper. I was about to leave when one of there associates Jacob was on key and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he not only told me but walked me to the product. I would have never guessed it was in the back corner behind flooring....go figure. If you shop here I would recommend finding this young man who seems to realy enjoy his job and will treat you right.

Employee's are super friendly and knowledgeable! I am an older widowed female, who sometimes has no clue on how to fix something too minor to call a pro, and HD employees will take the time to answer all my questions.

I waited 25 minutes yesterday morning for assistance loading mulch into my car. I am a senior citizen and unable to lift anything that heavy. My receipt was time stamped 10:17. It was 10:42 (25 minute wait) before anyone came to assist me. The only reason anyone came then is because I called customer service from my phone while I was inside my car waiting. No one apologized for my wait. In fact, they all acted like I was a great imposition on their time.

Very poor safety practices during this pandemic and despite the fact that I pre-ordered online and was just picking up I was flat out ignored by several employees. When I finally went to find help the employee was aloof and more interested in gossiping with two men than helping me. They were right in each other's faces and weren't wearing masks.

Bought: Magic Chef 1.1 Microwave. Fantastic price. Great product. Employees went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was perfect. Thank you and keep up the good work!
