I visited Home depot to buy wood; I wanted to make two entry way lockers for my TV den. I never made an entry way locker before and never by myself. I downloaded some locker plans from the internet and thought home depot had the best wood for the project. When I got to home depot two workers Carlos and Freddie, asked me if I need help. After I explained what I wanted to do and showed them the plans. They went with me to pick out the wood and even cut it for me. They cut the wood so well I was able to make both the lockers by myself.

THE STORE IS REALLY CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS GREAT

This store is generally my go to for lumber, hardware and gardening. My only complaint is some associates in the lumber dept., while working on stocking or moving items make the customer wait till they're done. I'm an ex employee of 2 stores in 2 different states and was told customer always first, store work second. just say in. On the other side of the coin I'd like to commend your cashier Donna. She is the nicest cheeriest, thoughtful employee you have. Working with the public can be tedious at times but Donna is always upbeat. A true people person. My wife and I just love when she is working. She defiantly deserves a few homers

Every time I have visited this store every one that works there are so friendly and helpful. Being 83 years old I don't get around real well and don't see very well so I appreciate any help that's given. I've always been able to get that help and many times even without asking. I have thought what I would do with the $5,000 dollars if I won it? First off, I would pay the Income Tax or Gift Tax owed to the State and Federal Governments. Second, I would take the remainder and buy Home Depot Stock with it. I really like shopping at this store. It's always very clean and tidy. The clerks are always very friendly and nice to talk to. I would also say to come and try this store. I think you will like it too.

If I don't know where something is when I first enter, I ask at the service desk. Someone there always knows the location. I like the self-checkout. On my last visit I needed information about what paint to use on my shutters. The lady knew exactly what I needed.

Charlotte's help in finding what I needed was exceptional. Ryobi 18V+ products need to be in one location in alphabetical order, they are hard to find, not the stores fault

Friendly and helpful employees who know their department's products. Clean store and very well stocked.

Best place to get your project materials and tools. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and good inventory availability and great customer service assistance personnel who can help with placing quick turnaround "special" in-store pick up orders or home deliveries.

Home Depot at Madison is a good store, the employees there are very helpful ! Idont shop anywhere else ! Special orders are always right , have no problems with any returns that I may have ! I'll always shop at Home Depot as long as they don't change items to much !

I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location. Easy to navigate the streets around it & plenty of parking. Employees are particularly friendly & helpful. Help desk(s) has always solved my questions to my satisfaction. Often with recommendations I hadn't thought of. Few returns I have made were quick & easy.

This store always carry all the things I'm in search for. I have never not gone there and walked away without what I was looking for. Customer service is excellent and time waiting check out is never a problem.

Some of the best Home Depot employees I have ever been around. I love this location!

GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE

Great people make a great store. Had a good experience just needing one sheet of 3/4" Baltic plywood for a project that had to fit in the wife's car. (Don't tell her I used it. ;-) Nice helpful staff with cutting and loading for one small sale.

Always greeted by an employee. Have no trouble finding what I want. Check-out is easy and fast.

I prefer HomeDepot for most of my needs, my wife prefers a competitor when she's shopping for plants and garden supplys. My two concerns are that Minwax products are no longer at HomeDepot, and the traffic congestion at the highway 72 intersection when departing the store. I doubt there's anything you can do to persuade Huntsville/Madison municipalities to upgrade the intersection, maybe move the store west a couple blocks.

This Home Depot is in a good location with great parking especially the special parking for Veteran, pickup and others. The store is always clean and often well stocked with products seeking. The people who work there are always helpful and display an act of kindness and a good friendly disposition.

We had an issue with a recent purchase. There was a long delay and we felt it would not be resolved. I called the store and spoke with the Manager Mona. She immediately took it upon herself to make sure our order would be delivered. She checked on us during her off days and made sure the vendors were contacting us, as they stated. She was true to her word and followed through. We are pleased and will definitely use Home Depot again, this weekend as a matter of fact. Thank you for resolving everything Mona, thank you for your Professionalism!!!

Store was clean, associates were available when needed and very pleasant. Store had item in stock when other stores I checked did not.

Very, very helpful. The employee (associate) was off the clock (off work) but he helped me with my purchase to the register and load it in my car. His name is Kevin. Store was very neatly and cleanly arranged and the self-check associate was most professional. Great store.

Awesome store to shop for what you need. Top shelf service people who always have an answer and a good attitude. I'm pretty picky about service and these folks always come through. Try it (them) you'll like it.

This is a store that strives for excellence, good products at great prices, and the Military gets a 10% discount, I love that.
