Numerous times I have come to the store to see the Tool Rental truck parted in the veteran parking, or parked crooked so unable to use the veteran parking spot. Last time in the store a Tool rental sign was blocking 1 veteran parking and the other had a Tool rental truck in the spot. The veteran parking has had the wording removed to leave a blank sign so the Tool Rental truck can park there.

I was able to design and pull cabinets and countertops, same day for a rush job! Awesome service no complaints, only solutions amd willingness to help. Thanks West valley home depot!

We received the new expensive washer dryer tower, and there was a dent in the side of the tower. I called Tyler the manager at the store to ask for a discount since there was a dent in my new appliance, I told him I didn't mind keeping it because it was about a 4 in dent that didn't hurt the machine, he would not give me a discount and told me to order a new machine, I had already been without a washing machine for over a week and I did not want to order a new one, I just wanted a discount with this one. He acted like the discount was going to be taken out of his pocket, and would not give me a discount for the dent.

It's always very easy to find what I need with the help of the app . The app literally tells you the isle and whare In the isle the part is.

We had a very helpful women, help us with our remodeling of kitchen appliances.

I HAVE SHOPPED AT MANY HD STORES, AND THE WEST VALLEY STORE IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAN GET HELP TO LOAD, AND SERVICE TO LOOK FOR A PRODUCT.

On most of my trips to Home Depot, I can find what I need, or find someone who knows where it is quite easily. On today's trip, the floor associate named Olivia was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, was friendly and polite, and went out of her way to help my wife and I find the weed trimmer/blower combination that fit our needs. I think Olivia should be recognized for her outstanding service.

The store is amazing

All the employees we encountered were friendly and offered help to find what we needed.

Jordan was very helpful in helping me determine if the product I needed was available in store AND he helped me load my heavy bricks when I was finished shopping!!

They have great merchandise, they are well stocked but staff can be rude and the whole store is a mess and cluttered. It is hard to find things and the store being so cluttered feels and smells dirty.

Another bad experience at this store. Item rang up as invalid cashier had no idea what to do. After 15 minutes of her trying to find our item a manager came over. He scanned our item which again came up as invalid. He said the item must have come from another store even though there was a display. My husband was able to find our item on the home depot app. 🤦‍♀️

I bought copper wire and I’m very excited to start this project I have in mind.

This store has more to choose from than my store that I usually shop at. Many times I have come to this store because of what they have.

The store manager Toby, the cashier Janet, and the associate David were great, very professional, and very helpful when I went to buy my snow blower. It was a great experience at the West Valley store.

Joseph Jacques, was so much help in picking the rite shed for me, I left filling great about my decision.

Thought we ordered an extended warranty, but it did NOT extend as promised and according to the fine print. Was also promised doors reversed on fridge, and this was not on the invoice either. CHECK THE FINE PRINT and GET PROMISES IN WRITING

Smaller Home Depot, but well stocked.

I had a large order of big and heavy items. Didn’t know what wait time there would be for an online pick up order made while in the store. As I needed to make sure I had a helper with a truck to transport it and was given a small slot of time of assistance. Causing it to be short notice and required a short amount of time to have this help. Time in Customer Service saved the day. Helped me understand online pick up orders, the usual timeframe to allow for pick up. He quickly got the order to make a pick ticket, had all my order (2 exterior prehing doors, 4- 8’ pieces of trim and a kitchen sink!) gathered and ready for loading in about 15 minutes. Knowing I was short on time for help with a truck, he made my order and pick up quick, easy. Also, was great to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this location and if you have the pleasure of working with Tim, you not be disappointed. All the other employees were available, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help. But if you see Tim, tell him he’s amazing!
