The #4406 HD employees are friendly, but sometimes no loader, or have to wait for too long.

Poor at best…more customers acknowledged me that actual employees and cashier knowledge and respect for customer was close to non existent unless you wish to be belittled.

Great experience spending a lot of money.

The staff was so helping and understanding of unknown and unfamiliar terminology in the process of my new project. They walked me through all the necessities that came with my project and offered suggestions for a better outcome. I came out feeling very happy with my purchase and had a total ease of mind.

I rarely take the time for a review anywhere, unless it is extremely important to do so, whether good or bad. It is my privilege to take the time to thank the staff of employees I encountered with today’s shopping visit. ALL personnel I had contact with were not only friendly and courteous, but were also knowledgeable and very helpful. Intuitively taking initiative in asking me what I was looking for and needed, then taking the extra effort to voluntarily assist me finding the products. Next time I will take photos to ensure those deserving extra credit, will receive the special recognition they warmly deserve. Thank you Home Depot West Valley Employees.

Joshua at the West valley store was very helpful. My husband and I were trying to lift a heavy object into our cart and he approached us without asking and help us. He also made sure that when we checked out that there was an associate at the doors so they could help load our items.

Had talked with 4 associates to try and get a quick question answered. The first 3 were put out and didn't want to help. The 4th one was great though. The store itself is great minus the customer service.

The staff at this location is always eager to please. The bend over backward to make your experience unforgettable. The store is well-kept and very clean. This is my go-to store when I need home improvement items!

Used to be a skilled crew in there, they have all moved on and unless your needs are simple, I'd suggest going to a different store for paint related supplies.

Okay I bought today the .093"×36"×48" Clear Acrylic Sheet.Flexible is what I was expecting, nope cracked it first hole drilled. And then later smacked on accident by my car door, well it took off a big old chunk. Yup just saying.

The tool warranty has been excellent in the past, and I believe that will continue in the future.

This month may be about $500

I've been updating our home. In the last year we've replaced carpeting, flooring for the washroom and kitchen. Sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, canister lighting, bathtub refinishing and paint. Thank you home Depot.

Home Depot has gone above an beyond with help on my remodel, even when I choose the wrong color blinds!! The custom department has helped me every step of the way with my year long project.

GET RID OF SELF-CHECKOUT !

I bought a 2'x4'x1/8" tempered hardboard but the price sticker on the board was listed for a 4'x8'x1/8" tempered hardboard. The price I paid and the sales receipt was for the larger board. When I tried to point this out to the cashier she told me I must have been looking at another item and that the price I paid was correct. I got cheated at this store again. I don't know why I continue to go back.

I bought pavers today and the employee loaded them all into my truck.

Thanks to the great assistance we got from Chris at Flooring we ended up having not only a great deal with carpet but also tile, plumbing and electrical needs for our entire project. We also planned for paint and Megan was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with our project. All went to our new HD credit card. Chris was very helpful setting up the entire order so we had some items to carry-out and some to pick-up at a very convenient later time.
