The staff are extremely helpful. Especial my dude Gilbert over n the appliance section. It was a pleasure my friend! Thanks for all your help. I went to three other stores to find what I was looking for and they finally had them here.

This is my go to home improvement store. My favorite employee is Chad. He is a sweet, kind and very patient gentleman. He never makes me feel stupid with my endless questions. I always hope he is working when I am shopping at this store. I hope the manager knows how valuable Chad is.

Home Depot in West Valley, the manager there went above and beyond in helping us with an issue. We walked away happy and satisfied.

Whenever I go to this store I always get the help I need in finding products. The employees seem very eager to lend a helping hand.

This store was getting better, some reason its falling again

We called the Sandy location looking for an item that the website said was in stock at that particular store. The automated recording said the item was indeed in stock, but gave a much higher price than the website indicated. Then we spoke to an employee in the tool department who seemed annoyed by our call, and curtly told us that although the price on the website was the correct price of the item, the store did not have any in stock. We questioned him about the automated system telling us otherwise. He then told us that the SKU number was correct, but had been disabled in the system. We then called the West Valley location because the website online also showed that they had the item in stock. The call was transferred, and a female by the name of Alex in the hardware department picked up the call. It was a completely different service experience from the previous Home Depot. Alex was friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help. She put us on hold while she checked several different resources to see if the item was in stock. She checked back with us often to let us know that she was still working on trying to locate the item. Even though one could not be located, we asked if the different items in the kit could be put together to make the same assembly as the kit we were attempting to find. She said she would definitely try to accommodate us, and asked if we could come into the store. After we arrived, we met up with Alex. She told us she was going to look one more place for the product, and returned carrying a box that was the item we wanted to purchase. The price did not match the price online, but she personally escorted us to the front to speak to the manager to try to satisfy the price we had found online. We expressed to the manager how outstanding Alex is as an employee, but wanted her to know just how much her customer service meant to us that day. It is rare nowadays to find people like Alex that really go above and beyond the call of duty. Alex in the hardware department has outstanding customer service!! Thank you!!

they are the best store to go shopping and is a good place to shop for things you need at your house.

Store was just as good as it is before Covid-19. Always enjoy shopping here. And I want to thank Super T for the time she took to help me out with my purchase and the friendly service she gave me. Thanks again.

Super Friendly and Helpful staff, Love Home Depot!

The staff are very friendly and helpful here. If you need something just ask if this store does not have it the will help you find the one with it.

Overall I enjoy my experience at this store. They have a great selection and they have an employee there "Super T" that is so friendly and helpful. She makes the whole experience wonderful. The cashier near the contractors desk......NOT so much. Avoid her. "Kathy"

The customer service at this location was the best I have ever received! JP and Chad were very knowledgeable and made sure that I not only had everything I needed to get my projects done, but helped me to know how to get the job done well! I was able to find everything I needed in one stop thanks to their help.

This store was very clean and supplies stocked, unlike Lowe's. All the employees were friendly and approachable. Steve helped us find our perfect bathroom vanity for our basement. He was very knowledgeable and funny and obviously takes pride in his work. Thank you Steve!

Excellent store

The paint department here is extremely helpful. They were able to help me out with my existing wall and trim color. I’ve been shopping at various Home Depot’s for 15 years and this team was by far one of the best!

We use the Home Depot listed above quite regularly for small home projects. We have always found that staff very knowledgeable and have been willing to take the time to help us find what we need. We are just regular home owners, but we decided to do a DIY extensive home remodel on our own. It seems like I almost lived at Home Depot. Every time I ran into a problem or had a question, that's where I went. They were patient with me when I had to return items, and/or exchange them. The cashiers have always been friendly with us.

The south entrance driveway could be improved with a long 12" dia. pipe buried 1' sloping down to 3' at each end to avoid a water puddle every year.

This store is well ran. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I love shopping on my own but know there will be someone available for help when I need it. Checkout also has options and goes smoothly.

The Home Depot is the BEST! Why? Because they still value their Customers. The leadership of our Church's Women's Group wanted to surprise its members with a wooden Nativity Set for Christmas. It required that we purchase the lumber for 60 sets and find someone to cut the wood for us. My daughter suggested Home Depot because they cut the lumber for free. I could hardly believe that they would do it for free, but you know what? They did; even though it took almost an hour, They carefully and cheerfully cut 60+ 6 inch lengths and 60+ 5.5 inch lengths. In addition, he helped to recommend the type of sand paper to use to sand the wood. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS HARD TO FIND NOWADAYS!! Thank you to the two men who helped me on 11-19-2019
