always loved coming to the west Windsor homedepot, been shopping here for years, but now its even more better know you have someone like jeremy at pro, very outstanding guy, very helpful and knowledgeable

Customer Service at the desk was fantastic as I needed help with retrieving garden soil stored on upper shelf. Tave came to assist and he was great! He recommended alternatives and with his help, we decided the best choice. He even assisted me to the car as the bags were to heavy for me to get into my truck! Great experience as always at the West Windsor, NJ store!

Products and organization are fine, but the employee ruins it. Too bad.

Go look for Stan, I found him in the nuts and bolts section, he is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. He helped my wife and I to find the exact screws we needed for our building needs. Amazing guy. I wish all employees were like him!

I have been coming here for years and spent and continue to spend a lot of money. The employees know me by face and I know them as well. Always helpful with ideas and finding what I need!

The ability to not only just be kind to customers but also understand their needs and be willing to help even if they do not know specific details about departments if they're not familiar. She was willing to help and then grab someone else if the knowledge was beyond her and in a timely fashion which is becoming increasingly difficult to find at Home Depot, hats off to her

This Home Depot location is clean, has friendly staff, and is usually well-stocked for the things I've needed. I am not a contractor or a professional, I am an above-average type of home-owner in terms of hardware and tool purchases since I like to flip homes I live in and I do full gut and restoration projects with permits and architect plans. As a non-professional I often underestimate what I need (trying to save money) and end up needing to run to Home Depot. They very rarely don't have what you need of the basic construction materials, tools, parts, typical things.

For many projects the requirement may not be as seen on TV or in the directions or based on common sense, as your project may require one-off improvised customization to fit and last. Thats where the extensive inventory and knowlege of the Home Depot Associates comes in very handy. An example is a basement window well cover, to attatch it the way I WANT to is possible because they have things in stock that allow for my genius to manifest in a productive way, like using shelf brackets installed into the brick which allow intermittent screws to fasten the plastic to the rail and not the masonry which allows for minimal drilling or defacing the brick. ( the special drill bits and drill, all parts for fabrication are from Home Depot) For instance, the non-ferrous front lip of the plastic is able to connect with the galvanized metal basement window well with some strong magnets and angle hardware. This allows the window well cover to stay fast and be removed or replaced if needed without damaging anything. Window Well Cover availability is not a perfect fit on a 30 year old Town House, BUT you can wing it because Home Depot carries the pieces to make the puzzle of your home fit.

Thanks to Corinda who helped us with our sale items. She was friendly and very helpful. (5 stars for her) Suggest the folks you have near the self check outs to assist actually do so especially when not busy. Taking two stars off for the unhelpful young man who preferred to stand and watch.

I love this store, mainly because they have someone working there who is like a genius when it comes to assessing what you need and letting you know exactly where to find it (right down to the Bay number!). His name is Tavian; he is deaf but reads lips like a pro! He knows the store unbelievably well and where to find anything you need. He just writes it down on a little pad that he carries. I've never had to repeat a thing to him; he just gets it immediately. This guy is a worth his weight in gold; GIVE HIM A HUGE RAISE!!!!

Check out person told me wrong info about a product I was buying. When I called back after I got home and researched and found out she was wrong, I was told there was nothing he could do. Crowded store and people who work there don’t care
