I ended up buying these light bulbs. 100 watt bulbs, a box of 2 for under $6. They are bright and useful. Not glaring because they are clouded glass. I am going back to get more

This was one of the best homedepot I visited. This was my first visit and the staff was very helpful supportive. Store is very clean. All the people look happy. The store had very good inventory of things. If you are unable to find anything ask a staff and they will get it for you. Nice and clean store.

This Home Depot is where I usually enjoy going. The employees are very kind and helpful and I enjoy seeing familiar faces each time I go. This is the kind of store where you do not need to search for anyone to help as they come to you. Tavian was my last cashier and his service is phenomenal.

I was just in your store to get a key made and the cashier that was with Shannon was very rude and didn't want to help me till shannon stepped in to help you need more people like shannon working there

I have had the experience of receiving help from Tavian twice. A few months ago in the tools department and also today as my cashier. I believe he is hearing impaired but must say both experiences were so easy to communicate with him. He is a shining star!

The West Windsor Home Depot store has degraded beyond imagination when it comes to the customer service. Most employees do not want to bothered when you ask them for help. Some of them are outright un-knowledgeable of the products and their placement in the store. I have been going to this place for the last 25 years, and lately the level of service has really gone down very significantly. Having said the above, once in a while you encounter an employee who is professional and eager to help. Recently, I met a cashier there by the name of Ivory who went out of her way to assist me. Overall, please avoid this store if you can.

In spite of the difficulties incurred because of Covid 19, the store was clean and ready with a cleaned card, hand sanitizer was available, and the shelves were nicely stocked. Employees friendly and helpful.

Sales cashier Cynthia was very pleasant and has a great attitude. She goes above and beyond to tell you about the survey. I sometimes go early in the morning. And some of the cashier are miserable. And I can never seem to find the an employee working in there area. Also when you ask for help most employees .either don’t know or just don’t care where the items are. The employees should know the store front to back. And I went to buy stuff at Christmas. You had a dewalt promotion and the items were not there. When I asked about it they gave my a story about only having a few coming in.

I shop at this location because I know that I leave the store with the materials I need to start and complete projects for my customers. The personnel at this location will leave you with a level of professionalism.
