If I can find an item in Home Depot, I don't bother comparison shopping because I know I get the optimal mix of low price and good quality. Keep up the good supplies.

While shopping today (12/03/2020) I was assisted by Tasheka - very courteous - pleasant - helpful and friendly. I purchased numerous gift cards for my employees for Christmas - not even asking her - she scanned and processed all my cards. This location was very clean - neat and orderly. Very friendly staff! Thank you Tasheka - Merry Christmas!

This is one of the best HD stores I've ever visited! I find items I couldn't find from other stores. I've been buying tulip bulbs here for many years and not one bulb never grown fully. My big yard, even if it's quite unpleasant to look at, is made beautiful by these flowers and I take compliments from my neighbors who pass by every spring time!

The best Home Depot in the area. One of the old stores that retained the most talented and knowledgable employees.

Customer service here over all everytime I come is pretty well , I live 10 mins away so this store is convenient for me. But my experience in customer service today with my product returns was very bad. Poor attitude and unwelcoming vibe from the cashier kimberly made the experience at the store today very unsatisfying to say the least. Very disappointing

West Windsor Home Depot is the BEST! The associates are incredibly knowledgeable and patient & the inventory is fully stocked. Plants are beautiful and fresh. The entrance has a COVID Station offering complimentary hand sanitizer, wipes and face masks which is comforting. The team is extremely helpful and all questions for help or advice are treated with respect and professionalism. 100% rating for this store!

It seems a few employees don't know how to use PPE. The virus is still out there.

I researched the item's location in the store, but walking in. Due to COVID -19, I didn't want to walk around too much, and the website said there was only 2 in stock. The item was exactly where the website stated. When I checked out, I waited briefly behind one other customer. The cashier, Cynthia, was extremely polite, and even offered me a spray of hand sanitizer. I feel very comfortable coming into this store, and highly recommend this location.

Always has what I need. Very helpful staff. Clean friendly environment. I go to store! I think they did an amazing job keeping the lines going during Covid and social distancing. I feel very comfortable going there.

place was open(able to go in safely)for customers to shop, everyone was wearing masks and maintaining social distance, Stu our sales guy in appliances was very helpful and offered suggestions, we did not feel he he was trying to "sell" us something, more like he was helping us make a good choice for "our" needs. Prices were competitive ( we didn't think they would be but were pleasantly surprised)

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff member that assisted me. Taking time to answer my questions, locating the items needed and assisting in getting them in my cart. He was polite and respectful.

The employees are helpful but thus store definitely lacks in quality control. I bought a Dewalt circular saw and the packaging was obviously damaged and taped up. The employee that was helping me assured me the item was complete and in working order. When I opened the package it looked like it was thrown together and the saw blade that it’s supposed to come with was missing.

Vanessa checked me out and was very polite and helpful. Thank everyone for their hard work during these tough times.

This store no longer provides a cashier to check out your purchases - only self check-outs. No associates available for assistance and/or check-out. I will now take my business elsewhere.

The store is clean and has pretty much everything you need. Ozzie was very helpful and answered all of my question. A gentleman named Mark on the other hand was very rude and seemed to be annoyed with customers asking him for help. Retail may not be the right fit for him.

The usual visit to Home Depot is like going to an abandoned warehouse with no one who can help you and everything picked over and nothing left that you need.

Home Depot representatives are not as friendly and customer-service oriented. Additionally, they lack key communication skills. I’ve noticed a trend where multiple Home Depot employees disrespect customers. At other stores employees are more reluctant to display irrational behavior, that is not in accordance with a quality customer service working environment. Ralph, an angry person, refused to adequately help me, while displaying aggressive behavior. He showed great disregard towards his objective of customer quality customer service. Knowledge, and quality customer service, is what drives customers to any establishment. Years of experience is useless, unless an employee has the customer in mind. Perhaps Ralph From Plumbing, needs to be reminded of the objective of the company, to be more attuned on Home Depots underlying objectives.

Appliance delivery is horrible. Technician dumps the appliance at your home, which doesn't work properly and you end up wasting your time trying to contact the customer service. Apparently nobody at this store answers phones.

This store has excellent customer service. I love seeing the same cashiers like Jaqui and Lily because they have great customer service. Keep up the work ladies !
