Dwight, Rich, and Don worked together to convert my tow behind spreader in to a push behind spreader. All were very helpful and interested in accomplishing this task with me. Dwight suggested attaching aluminum poles to push from behind. He then advised me that tool rental may assist with drilling the holes for the poles. Rich did that in tool rental and was willing and friendly to do so. Dwight and Don worked together at the end to choose the right bolts/nuts to attach the aluminum poles to the spreader. All were great, helpful, interested in assisting me, and took nearly an hour of their time to accomplish this task for me. I absolutely love my new push behind spreader and fertilizing my lawn now is so much easier than before. Please commend Dwight, Rich, and Don for going far above and beyond! Dwight, Rich, and Don, thank you very much. David - stopped in a few weeks ago. Please see my picture below.

I was sent to The Wadsworth store because they had an item in stock that I wanted. A gentleman tried to help me find it and we could not find it. Then he realized it was at the top of the shelf in a forklift needed to be used to get it done. Two more people came to use the forklift and got my item down. All three were very very helpful. Shout out to John, zack, and mark.

I have asked several times foe help finding a specific products and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

As in any store things start at the top, this store must have a great manager. Everything went so smoothly.

Although the pro desk in Wadsworth is still staffed with good people, the pro advantage is no longer a factor for me. My account is not a million dollar account so I do not get the same benefits. My perks are on a lower scale and I no longer get any discounts. My last bid room purchase netted me zero discounts. I spend between $50K and $100K per year in materials and I feel like it’s not enough. I get no incentive at all, to not go elsewhere for my materials.

I’m coming from Cincinnati to help some fam friends and I’m shoping most of the time in this home depot. In pass 3 days I was 5 times in store Audrey and Kim the 2 cashiers what I met more times was very friendly, respectful. Thanks

I was hunting down identifying flooring for a house my daughter had purchased. The home was built in 1900 and I was having a hard time finding the type of wood. And where I might find this specialty item. The gentleman in flooring took me over to Jerry to see if he could help. With his help I was able to find a local company that would be able to manufacture the flooring since it is no longer readily available. Jerry went above and beyond to help me and it was appreciated!

Pretty frustrating mainly having to use the self checkouts while employees just stand around doing nothing watching you. Not what I would call meaningful employment. Maybe HD should consider dumping or greatly reducing the self checkouts and have those watching actually check people out.

My husband and I love Home Depot. We like how we can find everything we need so fast and everyone is so nice and helpful when we need help.

From the time I walked in to the time I checked out every employee was smiling and eager to help me and explain things to better my home improvement project.

This is a very good store with friendly staff. It is one of the smaller Home Depot stores, but it is convenient and they carry a lot of inventory. The tool rental is great as well.

Make sure to check prices, items ring up higher at register.

Big box store with a small local hardware store vibe! The team here is incredibly friendly, helpful and always goes the extra mile to accommodate their guests!! We’ve only had once or twice where they didn’t have what we needed, but they got out their handhelds and found right where we could get it immediately.

This store is always very helpful.

Anyone can go anywhere to buy most anything these days. What sets a store apart from others is the customer service. I go back to Home Depot because of employees like Gayle who are knowledgeable, beyond friendly and use non-pressure sales tactics. Gayle is there to explain the different appliances so you can make an educated decision based on facts.

Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help in any way they can.

Sam H was very helpful in the plumbing department. E used self checkout which is great. We were greeted coming and going at the store.

Dale takes the time to ask the right questions and understand your needs.

I purchased a toilet, tub and surround on 2/02/2023 and picked it up on 2/03/2023 and they tell me that they don't have to surround, even though they had one on the day I PAID FOR IT. SO THEN I GET TO DRIVE TO THE FAIRLAWN STORE TO SEE IF THEY HAPPEN TO HAVE ONE. FORTUNATELY THEY DID, I WON'T BE SHOPPING THE WADSWORTH STORE ANYMORE!!!!

this store is perfect, clean and organized, everyone is nice and easy to get help here if needed!

Excellent paint department with good quality paints. Employees were knowledgeable and service was top notch!

I was taking on a painting job at home and Dale, in the paint center, was able to give me advice on the paint and tools I needed to get the job done the right way. He was very understanding as I was not completely sure of the colors I wanted to use and recommended trying out some samples to decide.

Bryson, the asst manager, goes above and beyond. Every employee we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately , inventory isn’t great

We were working on a new project and Dale in the paint department was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable.

Bought a Hampton Bay light: 17.5", 3-Light Oil-Rubbed Bronze Flush Mount w/Bell Shaped Frosted Glass Shades that is great.
