The individual that was assisting me in the lawn department seemed almost put out that he needed to have someone get a mower down off of the higher shelf, waited for the crew to come with the lift machine for about 20 minutes, once they arrived the person who had originally talked to me appeared as though he was going to bring the big cart with the mower up front for me, until one of the people with the lift asked him to take over for them because they were supposed to leave an hour prior to that.. at that point to large box was placed on a big cart and I pulled it up front.. I was there by myself, and never asked by anyone if I needed any help with getting the large cart and box to my car or any help loading it.. the people that I encountered were not as friendly as I generally experience at competing stores.. had I not needed the item that I was there for I would have walked out.. I am generally very laid back, and understand people are under more stress lately, but the overall experience wasn’t what I’m used to at all, and I’m pretty disappointed

Store is well stocked, clean and the service attendant was knowledgeable and most helpful on all aspects.

If this store is close to you by all means use it. But Please take the time if your in the neighbor hood to visit the Medina, Ohio 44256 Store. Come and see the difference your self. This specific location is outstanding! Employees are always offering to help. Cashiers are friendly and lines are quick. Shelves are always stocked and the location is clean and bright. We have several choices in home improvement stores near us and we never go anywhere but THIS Home Depot.

This store likes to portray itself as taking steps with COVID-19 but trust me they aren't. Their pick up process is a prime example.

The guys in the paint section were awesome and helped us with efficiency and great customer service even though they were busy at the time. We purchased a ring device and while looking through the products, we decided on the spotlight starter kit. While looking through the products on the shelf we only found 1 option that had not already been opened. I just got home and looked through every item. It clearly says on the packaging that the spotlight STARTER KIT comes with a ring bridge but there is no bridge in the package. There is a mounting bracket and charger but no bridge. I called the phone number for the Home Depot I visited, realizing it was after hours, and no matter what option I selected to speak to a manager I never got a voicemail. Very frustration. I did call the ring phone number listed in the instructions and also had no luck. That did not help my frustration. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Got here later in the day and only noticed one of the floor assistance people acting like they didn't want to talk to anybody, but all of the other store employees I encountered were all friendly and helpful. I had ordered online and from the person that had the order pulled, to the head cashier, to the couple other cashiers that helped me, to the paint department lady, to the employee that helped me load all my stuff into my van. Kudos, since I was employed by their competitor and usually shop there, but not again. This store is where I will get all my hardware supplies from now on.

I would highly recommend going to this store. Bryan helped us find the perfect flooring for our front porch. He was so helpful he made us feel like family.

Too many reserved spots in parking! I was not in the military, not handicapped, and not a Pro. But still shop here , I understand the handicapped spots, and a couple for vets but leave some for the rest of us.

The store is very well stocked and I can always find exactly what I need. The cashier Victoria went above and beyond to make sure that In found what I needed and was so friendly and welcoming. She seemed happy to be there, and happy to be helping keep the customers happy.

The Wadsworth Home Depot store is an excellent place to shop because it is well organized, the prices are very reasonable, and the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Apparently, I should do the cashier job for HD so they don't have to pay them. I do that work for them, they keep more profits.

I have shopped here since the store opened. I have purchased just about everything that a person could use in remodeling a home and I will continue to shop there.

Keith is the best customer service rep I have ever experienced at any retail establishment. He represents the Home Depot well. Because of him, I only shop for my DIY materials at the Wadsworth Home Depot.

Very helpful and friendly service

This store is always neat and orderly. The staff is what makes this store shine. I am always treated with a kind Hello and assistance when I need it. The staff takes the time to get to know the customer, and they remember me when I return. Because of this when I bought my first home I bought all my lawn needs her, all my paint, my flooring, lighting, and appliances. I research every product on the internet, compare brands, prices, customer review, and then I buy it at Home Depot. I feel I can always get the special assistance I need.

Speaking from experience with lumber and hardware, after working as the only bookkeeper for a local yard from 1978 until they closed up shop in 2006: Today especially so I found the help exceptional and very friendly. In the paint department the lady assisted me in selecting all I needed. Others were friendly there and also greeted me!!!!! Then my son who was with me looking at all the appliances was amazed how helpful that lady was. And to think her specialty was really cabinetry! She printed off three different choices for me. And believe me the department was very busy. Still she took the time to call for an assistant to come and help another couple as all in the appliance dept. were helping customers. We were very well pleased.

I had the opportunity to work with Steve Watson in plumbing the experience was awesome. Great guy, good conversationalist and very knowledgeable. Steve took the time to get my project off to a great start, look forward to working with Steve again.
