Thanks to the very kind employees who spoke kindly, were very courteous and helpful! Made my shopping experience great! I did not look at the name tags so can't tell you their names but they were older men. My cashier was Anthony.

This store was nice and clean all the employee were very friendly and helpful, they had everything I was looking for in stock, one of the associates Sandra that helped me find one of the items I was looking for was the same associate that helped me at the checkout and she was so friendly she said enjoy the sunshine outside and to have a great day.

Warning ... Home Depot does not about its customers. If you plan to buy something in the store, be prepared. We tried to buy a shower that was displayed. It’s not in stock and will never be in stock. The store cannot order it for you and have it shipped (free) to the store. Instead, you are forced to have it shipped to your home (for an additional $79!). And if, by chance, you are a serviceman/veteran, you are denied the 10% discount for the purchase. In our case, this shower cost us an additional $169. Start shopping around.

I just moved to this area and I don't want to shop at another HD again! Every employee is kind and helpful and even when they're busy, someone always takes the time to help. They have a lot of items in stock, and online ordering for pick up is a breeze. Customer Service is stellar, as well. This HD makes it fun to shop there.

Most of the employees really know where products can be found and are fairly knowledgeable about them. There are two older gentlemen that work in the paint department and they really know a lot about the products there.

Not really happy with my purchase and sure not happy with my return experience. Shopping elsewhere for a snowblower.

The sales rep in the paint department was extremely courteous and helpful.

This store always has helpful employees, and always has good stock of what you’re looking for...If the stock may not be their employees will find it for you.

This store sucks! The staff had all of the panel and flat carts tied up relocating inventory. There were only three available (and in use) for customers. I guess they do not want to sell lumber or sheet goods except by the arm load. And when this was told to the checkout clerk I got no response.

Really came down to Dale in paint going the extra mile and helping us every step of the way. Thank you Dale

I live in Cleveland with a Home Depot store about 2 miles from my home. I would rather shop in the Wadsworth store than the one closer to my home.

If you are not a "preferred" customer or have an online order pick-up, good news, you will have a reserved parking space. The rest of us are made to feel unwelcome to visit the store and must park in the lot of an adjacent store. If you are COVID adverse, get comfortable in waiting in line for someone to cash you out because if you use self-check out, you will be required to pick up a hand held scanner, which are not disinfected between guests, and then use an antiquated touch screen to pay for your item - also not disinfected between guests. Very disappointing - I will go elsewhere for my projects.

Extremely poor customer service and I was belittled my one particular employee

I went in to the Home Depot in Wadsworth to purchase a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I was greeted and helped by the sweetest, most knowledgeable man: Ted. He pulled out his (well worn) copy of Consumer Reports and we spent over an hour choosing the best appliances and deals for my new home.

Ordered material per suggestions from home depot and would pick up. was called and told entire order ready. Not the case and they could not ship part to my house for free(1pound part) 400.00 plus order. No help loading lumber and cement. Try a different store as well as different corporation. No customer service!

We needed help picking stain and varnish. Store Employees went above and beyond to help us and gave us tips on how to get the best outcome on our project. Hooray Home Depot !!!

Love the friendly staff and how willing they are to help even if they do not know something right off hand! Always find more than we need! Store is always clean and seems organized. Plenty of staff around if you need help.
