I found the service I received from Judy to be top notch and very professional. its not always easy to find individuals who are focused intently on getting and giving you exactly what you're looking for. Judy was very efficient and has a nice attitude. Wish there were more people with her good attributes.

HD did a great job with loading mulch into my truck

I needed help when I could not find a product. When I requested assistance, I was told twice to let my husband come to the store himself. He did help me but made sure to try to berate me as he did. No more comments once I told him my husband of 32 years passed away. I would recommend only if you do not need any help

Absolute joke heading back to my Poughkeepsie store. Worth the drive. Additional 20 minutes

I went in to buy a pipe to install a new shower faucet I bought. I brought the old faucet with the pipe attached to it that I needed. First woman couldn't help me, as she told me this was not her department. She found a man that said I needed to hire a plumber because he didn't know what was going on in my home. Why would he have to know what I have going on at my home? I was showing him what I needed and told him that I would not have to hire a plumber to overcharge me for something that I could do myself. Isn't that the home depot slogan? Where doers get things done? Since when does that mean you need a contractor to come to your home for any job? I think that should be my call, not yours! Do better Home Depot!! I bought the pipe and installed it myself!!

I just purchased an LG Large Capacity washer and dryer at the Wappingers Falls, NY store and I am so looking forward to the delivery of the same. The salesperson I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for such an experience.

If I did t need my purchase to finish up I’d have walked out of the store. Don’t plan on going back to shop anytime soon.

I was able to find everything on my Wishlist from the HD app. I'm just a regular gal - not a contractor - looking for bathroom merchandise and building products. My experience was easy - the app helped a lot, too. Great employees!

The layout of the store was great! The lighting dept is separated. Easy access to walk around the store.

For most of my home improvement activities and needs, I come to Home Depot and always find the item either stock or ordered immediately.

An amazing store and all employees are always friendly and asking if you need help. The employees are always willing to help you.

Dawn, who was busy with other in store customers took my phone # and returned my call moments later. She was instrumental in getting inventory info and having a coworker remove from a top shelf to the floor for a smooth transition and purchase.

The store is a mess and employees are very rude. I had to walk half the store to find an associate and even then they were not very helpful. I had to speak to management about an issue I had with something and they were worse than the employees. The fishkill store is very different and employees are friendly and eagerly answer questions. Please do not shop at this store

Lazy customer service desk they clearly dont want to work.

I love that my favorite batteries was located at the cash register line, as I only needed this one item on this particular trip!

Employee told me that I needed to have a shopping cart if I wanted to shop there. I only had two items. I then went to self check out, she then followed and said that I can step up and check out to pay for the items that I put in my purse. i then told her I do not have anything in my purse, and she said yes you do I saw you. I opened my purse and showed her I had nothing in there. And I told her I do not steal.

This is the laziest bunch of people. Take those people sitting around doing nothing and have them clean the store, the displays and the parking lots. Spoke to manager, he wasn’t concerned.

The staff is very courteous and kind willing to help you with anything almost always has what I want in stock if they don’t have it they tell me which store has it been coming here for 15 years

Wappingers Falls location has friendly and informative employees. I highly recommend this location.

I had limited storage in a small apartment and they showed me racks that hang inside the closet doors. I would not have thought of that! The best is that they don’t say “only what’s out!” They walk you over and find something you can use in place of what you went in for, which works as well, or even better!
