Not one employee could help me, paint or flooring I got “sorry I’m new and really don’t know that yet”. Didn’t even try to get anyone who did know.

I like this store since only a few miles from my house and I know where everything is, or I can quickly find it. The only issue is the store is not well stocked with building material items that I need and I often I have to visit stores that are farther away, which wastes time. Otherwise I am mostly happy with my Wappingers Home Depot

Home depot can make your shopping experience better with knowledge and friendly people!! Shop and find the warmth of the season though out the store!!!!

This is a great store. The staff always bend over backwards to help us. I think I see them more than my own family because of all our Renovation jobs. Definitely recommend!

I shop at this particular store at least 4 times a week. My wife always knows where I'm going to the man's toystore

STORE WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. THEY WOULD JUST RATHER GET YOU OUT OF THEIR STORE. JUST PAY FOR YOUR STUFF AND GET OUT. CASHERING IN VERY RUDE AND DONT EVEN TRY TO BE RESPECTFUL OR TRY TO HELP IN ANYWAY

Outside Garden had the best employee, working hard, open mind without discrimination, highly ethically customer service such as Mr. Thomas Anthony and David whom are working at the outside garden. I want to give both of them A+++ Howard Trans M.D.

One stop shopping for a busy person and his staff. A safe clean place to shop come back if you need a last minute item. If you don't find what you want you can always ask for help, Don't go some where else to be ignored get in get out!!!!

The store is very clean and neat. Yesterday I visited the store and the employees in this store were very helpful. Especially cashier SANDRA , she helped me find an item from the electrical department.

The general store layout is very well organized as the employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I enjoy going to this store because of the location and like to work with everything home depot has to sell. .

I shopped at this store numerous times and found the employees to be very professional. When I have problems with purchases, they are always resolved in a timely manner.

Cashiers tend to be rude and very dismissive. Can’t find an employee to help

Took a very long time to get help. Associates say items are out of stock, but then they are visible on the shelf. Associates are not friendly, and act like they’re being bothered when help is needed. It took 25 minutes for someone to come help get something down, and me asking for someone 3 times. I used to love this store, but it has gone VERY down hill.

Everyone is so knowledgeable about their department and very helpful and patient.

I am very gratefull for the help and assistance from the tile department, and customer service desk. It was a busy day but associates were calm and pleasant. The store had plenty of sanitizer and extra masks just in case one was needed. On 8/22/2020 I ordered material for a tile job, next day pickup. My order was complete and ready as promised. Reliable store, good prices.

This store has been my staple since it opened. Great people, great place! The manager, Michelle Babcock has really turned the store around and it’s now extra fun to shop at this store......

Store is clean and well stocked. Could use dust masks. Clerks are friendly and helpful.

We purchased a Maytag washer yesterday and were happy that we could afford a higher quality machine then we had planned because there was an in store sale going on. We saved $136.00 & got a higher quality unit we had ruled out based on higher internet web site pricing. We got quick & courteous service. My wife was very pleased since this was her first trip into any store in 100 days due to C-19 quarantine.

My visit to this store was an eye opener. Or people just don’t understand how severe this pandemic is. I don’t mind wearing masks but some just don’t care. Masks below nose and mouth or not even wearing one. This should be addressed. Should have More hand sanitizer stations.

I traveled 45 minutes to this particular store because they were the only ones in the area that had the boards I was looking for in stock. Online it stated they has 32 but when I got there all of the boards were mixed up and disorganized. I was passed between three different store associates before being handed off to the lumber guy who stated that the boards I was looking for were probably up top in one of the boxes and he wouldn't be able to get it down anytime soon. I asked for a discount on the higher cost boards that I was forced to purchase and was told no.

Cluttered isle short staff and uneducated staff in some departments.
