Store employees are very helpful and go above and beyond to offer friendly, courteous service.

The store manager Aaron was extremely friendly and helpful. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We left the store extremely happy and satisfied. We are new to this area and this store has already left a great impression on us.

I've shopped here many times and always had good help from associates. Unfortunately, many items are in stock, but not on the shelves and you have to ask for help to find it. Never had a problem getting the item from an associate. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 only because of 1 rude supervisor at the customer service desk, and because items should be stocked on the shelves where customers can find them.

The appliance department is wonderful - find Nina

As a wheelchair user I need more assistance from an associate than an able bodied person might. All associates should be aware of this.

Every thing was great

Today, I needed assistance from the Home Depot staff. I came in contact with 4 members of your staff (Jennifer, Jenn, Kim, and Joba). All of these women had wonderful attitudes and were very eager to help, which is very rare to see in stores today! I was able to get everything I needed. They all should be commended for their work ethics and attitudes towards their customers and I really appreciated their help!!!

Home Depot is my GO TO store. I use this one and the one farther north in Poughkeepsie. I generally have good luck finding what I want and find most of the personnel very helpful. All my credit cards are reward cards and ALL my rewards go into HOME DEPOT GIFT CARDS!

This store was fully stocked, store was clean and the employees were very helpful. My only complaint was that there were only three cashiers open but were all self service. I am a handicapped veteran and need a full service check out register. There was no full check out open and I had to find a cashier to check me out and to get my veteran military discount. I was not a happy camper ! I also believe that self service registers are going to put more employees out of work.

This store is generally neat and organized, floor employees are very helpful and kind. The cashiers leave a lot to be desired when it comes to friendliness and being professional.

Great help this past week when smaller hardware/ lighting stores unwilling or unable to help in assisting me find what I was looking for.

salesperson Sharon v. very informative. she not only talked me into a new washer but she also sold me on the 5 year warranty also. would come back again to purchase more appliances. went to Poughkeepsie store and I feel they sold me a bad product.
