Very clean fully stocked employees full knowledgeable at every level

The store was clean with uncluttered aisles. The employees were "home town" friendly and amazingly helpful!!

If you want customer service, i would recommend shopping The Home Depot for all of your hardware & Christmas decorating needs. The staff is Always friendly and ready to help you find what you need. Shop the Orange :)

My husband and I stopped in at the Waterloo Home Depot after work on Tuesday, October 27th to order some blinds. We found what we wanted to order and then asked an employee if we could get some assistance in the blinds department. The sales associate called Collin. Not long after, Collin told us he would be right with us after he put something away. We didn't have to wait long and he took us to the order desk. Collin was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and placed our order for blinds in our kitchen and a bedroom. My husband asked him what his hours are at the store because we want to receive his expertise when we return in a month or so to order additional blinds for the rest of the rooms in our home. Collin explained that he doesn't have set hours. He thanked us for the compliment. The store was clean and orderly.

Earlier this year I purchased new quartz kitchen counter and back splash. Sharon in home estimates helped us greatly and had all of the materials for the back splash I needed to install them.

Take the time to visit the store directly and receive real customer service. Avoid the online ordering system and do not count on the 1-800 customer reps to give you anything they promise. Trust me going into the store will get you closer to your dreams of completing your project

Understaffed instead of having an employee on a forklift help us they sent an employee with a broken foot and weight restriction to load/unload/push a cart of 25 bags of garden soil - 2 managers came up laughing and told us we would be back - not anytime soon.

The Home Depot store in Waterloo, Iowa offers great products and excellent customer service every time I shop there. If I can't find what I want an employee will help me locate the product.

I don't do a lot of shopping at a home hardware store like this. My daughter & son-in-law were doing a major project in their barn & had purchased incorrect wire. They asked me to take it back & get more electrical materials. I took my granddaughter & my husband. After we got there, it was evident we didn't have enough information! Scott and Bob, in electrical, asked excellent questions and made suggestions on what they thought we may need; between that and calling my SIL, we got what was best and what was needed to do the job correctly. They were extremely patient!! We honestly would not have gotten the right materials without their help and definitely would never have figured out on our own! At checkout, Desirae' was very patient and helpful in helping us gather conduit pipe so we could put it in our pickup & not worry about it blowing out, getting cracked, etc. So kind and made us feel like our business was truly appreciated. Home Depot will be my store of choice now for any materials and plants that I can get there now!!

This store does a good job of letting one order online and having it ready when we arrive and they repeatedly have the nicest and a big variety of plants every spring. I tell my friends to shop there.

Cabinets that I wanted were NOT in stock at my local store in Cedar Rapids. I needed to travel to the Waterloo Home Depot. The employees assisted me in unpacking the cabinets so I could inspect. One of the cabinets was damaged, so they found a replacement. All employees were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this store.

I believe this store is an excellent store. It has everything I need usually in store, and if not online. The staff is very professional and helpful.
