Multiple associates always ask if I need help. Lisa is a great cashier. Scott at the pro desk is always very helpful. Your store has great products and prices.

We went in today anticipating a stressful trip as we were ordering blinds for our soon to be nursery. We were looking through catalogs when Jim came to assist us. He was extremely kind and pleasant to work with and helped us pick a brand, color and cell type we liked. Can’t thank him enough for turning a trip we were dreading into an easy and enjoyable experience!

Knowledgeable helpful employees

It's always nice to have a knowledgeable sales associate assist when needed. Professional, business-like, and pleasant. The associate who assisted me during my last visit got it right - she dropped what she was doing to help me - I was at that point her priority. Certainly, never an assumed expectation, but always much appreciated. By the way - this visit wasn't a big money-maker for The Home Depot (drill chuck key @ $3.48), but that didn't seem to matter. Very pleased. Thank you!

The customer service at the Waterloo, IA store is awesome. I appreciate the fact that this store hires physically challenged employees. I never have to hunt for help when I need it. The employees are intelligent and if they don't know the answer, they will find it. The paint department has one of the best employees in the store. I don't know his name but he has a ponytail, somewhere around the age of 50 I would guess and definitely knows paint. The power tool department is well stocked and only carries premium brands, none of the crap that Menards carries. The ordering on-line and picking up at the store is a real time saver. The customer service counter has always done a great job when I use the store pickup. The checkers at the registers are always friendly. I appreciate the drive up door for contractors and the short wait times for someone to load my order. Keep up the good work!

My wife can not shop with me due to the liberal pet policy. She has asthma allergies triggered by animal dander. Pets belong at home or in the owners vehicle. Only TRUE service animals should be allowed, due to federal law.

If you purchase appliances, talk to Paula or Terry. Very helpful.

Appreciate the customer service from the team. Not overwhelming but definitely they let me know they where there to help me if I needed it. Unlike menards. I forgot his name but the African American gentleman that helped me check out was a sweet guy. I could sense kindness from him.

The visit to get a water softener was very pleasant. The help by the assistant was very professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable and even helped load the softener and a dozen bags of mulch, in the rain!

The assosciates are always helpful and will see you get the answers to your questions The store was clean told me where the product was located and called for a helper to load my product with out waiting for help.

I went to the Home Depot tonight with some specific needs. We have an 80 year old house, so we are in a lot, but the service I had on this visit was amazing. The manager bon duty went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed for my project, including things I hadn't thought of. The cashier was friendly, speedy and polite. Their service made running into town after a hard day at work so easy. We have everything we need to get started
