Went there in a Sunday to browse around for options to replace our sliding patio doors. The associate we had went above and beyond explaining the pros and cons of different types. He was so accommodating. I will definitely be back!

I recently had a leak under my bathroom sink, so I had to buy a new faucet, hoses, and drain. Home Depot had lots of faucets to choose from and plenty of hoses and gaskets. The staff were helpful and made finding what I needed much easier. Thanks!

I bought a paint and several supplies from this store to upgrade my sons room and closet, I had a small issue with the coverage (one coat paint that took two coats) and the female working (I’m so sad I didn’t get her name) provided me with options on how to remedy my issue, the next day I got a call from a representative of the paint supplier to address my concerns further. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, kind and genuine, I will always go back there!

The HD employees are helpful and friendly; and I've enjoyed shopping there because of it! In addition, what I haven't been able to get locally, I've found online and picked up at the store within a pretty reasonable timeframe. I also appreciate that HD credit has worked with me on allowing 12mo 0% financing for my rather extensive project!

Mike from the Gardening dept is the most helpful, friendly guy in store.

Angel is the go to person at the Watertown Home Depot

I bought a whole lot of stuff for my kitchen and bathroom renovation yesterday and one employee helped me out with all my questions and he even offered to help with carrying all the stuff I bought in my car and helped me load them out. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere! I give them 5/5 kudos! Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales people. Both Scott, the garden center person, and Jenn, the cashier, were friendly and very helpful! The store was clean and items were easy to find!

It's the only Home Depot dang near anywhere but they managed to hire the friedliest folks in all of Watertown.

Once again, another excellent experience with the staff, finding the product, cashiers explaining warranties on our purchases, etc. As new home owners, Home Depot is our new favorite store - especially this one! Also, we love that we just have to show our military ID card to get the additional 10% off - so much easier than a similar competitive store where you have to pre-register and fill out forms to get your discount, so you are then "in the system".

This is a clean, well organized store. If you are shopping for appliances, Chris was a wonderful help.

If you need help in this store, see if Mike from Gardening is available. Friendly, helpful and gets things done instore. This young man stepped out his department to help us and did a fantastic job. The other guy from the shower/bath department was not helpful at all.

In regards to appliances. I normally have a very good experience with this store, but purchasing a washer and dryer on June 5th and still not having delivery by July 7th was extremely frustrating. Only to call the store and find out the dryer was out of stock for the reason it was delayed. The follow through by the delivery company was NON EXISTANT.

I came to Home Depot on a Thursday, Mindy spent well over an hour with me looking at refrigerators. I went to Lowe’s to look more, stood there for 45 minutes and NOBODY helped me. I went back to Home Depot on the following Tuesday, Mindy helped me for an additional 2 hours to finally find the perfect refrigerator!

Store is very clean. Helpful and friendly employees. Easy to return items!

Great local customer service. Do away with the overseas credit services because it almost cost you a sale. Thanks to Chris Hodge and management at the local store. They sold a 1600.00 frig.

Unless it’s an emergency, it seems to be easier to surf the internet for required items and better prices. I can see why its market stock is falling. It’s very hard to find employees that are knowledgeable of the products in the store. The employees are rarely cross-trained in the different areas. It’s hit or miss many times on whether or not the store even carries the products you are looking for on the shelves if it’s not the basic cheap contractor grade stuff.

Home Depot Watertown store is great! Just be sure you avoid the cashier named Simone! Simone is very rude! I had to exchange 3 out of the 10 lights coz it was broken. Simone doesn’t want to exchange the lights. She wanted me to return it and re-purchase it. I had told Simone that we have to do an even exchange because I had a promotional coupon of $75 discount. She argued with me for 10 min even though it’s the same UPC code. I had purchased another item, and Simone was irritated the whole time. She made her irritation very apparent which is a cherry on top with this experience.
