This store has hired high quality and knowledgeable people. Every time I have visited the Watertown store I am always helped promptly and never ignored and everyone is always in a good mood and friendly!

Friendly and helpful employees!

I would highly reccomend this store. I went in to order custom blinds and the associate, Mindy Hutt was extremely helpful and sccomodating. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service and made ordering custom blinds stress free. Mindy explained everything down to cleaning and maintaing my new blinds. I will definately be back !

I have always felt comfortable shopping at the Watertown store.

Amazing experience every time at this Home Depot Corey at the pro service desk, went above and beyond with his help and the managers and employees were also very knowledgeable and were very helpful in finding everything I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store!

It was nice to be greeted by every employee and offered help to find what we came in for. This does not happen in the Home Depot in Pennsylvania.

I love this Home Depot. The store is always stocked and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. MY clerk "Keith" was outstanding and went out of his way to help me.

I appreciate that I went to the store & purchased drywall knowing that I could not do that without help from the store employees. The cashier & the drywall dept. carryout guy were both great. Thank you.

Nice selection, prices were about the same as other big box stores, but not on all products. Always worth checking online as you shop, shop around and check prices.

Employees all willing to help , needed to speak to a manager last fall he solved my problem with a smile . Great store.

Like being able to shop on line and pick up in store especially when there is low inventory on something that I am interested in. This way I am sure to get what I want and not waste a trip to the store. Also found any employees that I dealt with very helpful and friendly.

We have had great service at Home Depot. We’ve been able to get what we needed and get in and out quickly. Very friendly and informative.

Everything about my shopping experience was great except for the cashier that helped me checkout, her name was Miracle. She was very rude, throwing attitude, rolling her eyes. She clearly did not want to be there. She also pulled out her phone while I was paying and was texting right in front of me. She should not be working at the customer service desk unless you want many more unhappy customers. Was the worst experience I had with a cashier for as long as I could remember.

This is the best Home Improvement store! Always clean and well organized so that shopping is enjoyable, not overwhelming. Customer service is a priority and that's obvious! When I leave Home Depot in Watertown, NY with my project supplies I have a content and satisfied feeling and look even more forward to my project. Five stars, Home Depot!

Nick from the Garden Center is a great employee he was polite kind and helped me get the merchandise i needed without hestation.

The employees are always super friendly. We frequent this store due to our home renovation project that’s in progress. The store is familiar, easy to shop in, and the employees always make us feel welcome in that they are friendly and professional and always looking to make our trip a good one!

As I stated in the survey, the help on the floor was nonexistent. I am 62 years old and I bought four sets of shelves that were 36"x18"x72" and they were a little heavy and bulky. I would normally have my husband with me but he wasn't there and I thought that would be okay because there are usually plenty of employees that ask if you need help. I guess that is only at the Massena, NY store. I could barely manuever the cart through the store. I passed by five employees and not one asked if I needed help or asked if I needed help out. I am just old enough and stubborn enough that I was not going to ask any of them for help if they were not willing to offer. A customer in the parking lot asked if he could help me! Not happy with this store at all. Cashier was friendly that is why I gave it a fair rating and not poor.

Great local store...not too big...local people working and very helpful.

A young man helped me in the molding section, very nice. Cut what I needed and loaded it onto a cart. I didn’t get his name but I think he had a ponytail.

Knowledge staff and the store is very organized and clean.

I have great customer service experience everytime I shop. Also the associates have described techniques and advice on my projects. Watertown Home Depot Rocks.
