In and out in 20 minutes. Had exactly what I needed to finish my project. Smiling faces and a quick check out. I love this store.

We were able to quickly and without problem make our purchase of a laundry set.

Today I went to HD in West Branch MI to get some more goodies for my yard today. Typically this location is full of happy energetic employees. But Today, my cashier Shirey was not very polite through out the whole transaction. I was shocked because typically everyone is so friendly. I am just disappointed. I hope this changes because it would be a shame for one crabby rude apple to spoil this bunch. I submitted the survey as well. My "Excellent" review rating is a reflection of my overall experience other than today's.

Went in twice today for materials for a project, Rose checked us out. She was very friendly and got me signed up for a home depot credit card which will be very helpful for future projects.

Picked this up for a project on our property, great piece of equipment, but this review is more about the people that helped. Melissa, Van and DJ. All true assets to the busisness and MORE than courteous, friendly, knowledgeable when helping with the sale and after, without it EVER making it seem like they were just doing their job. (Something that seems to be disappearing nowadays).

Wasn't to sure what i wanted but sooo very happy i got the Cub Cadet Mower, very easy to operate. LOVE IT.

You will enjoy the atmosphere at HD in West Branch as much as I do. With the weather being nice many returning customers were shopping today. Spring is the time to catch up on projects or get started on a new adventure. With friendly and helpful HD employees waiting, it will be fun for you to shop here too.

My wife and I have become very satisfied through the years shopping our local Home Depot's. Employee's are knowledgeable in locating the items we want, and assisting with heavy items. Check out employee's are very courteous. Thank You Home Depot

I have been going to this store since it opened. I am just a homeowner that tries to do things myself. The store and its employees are great at helping me with ideas and best selection of supplies.

this store attempts to be clean and organised , noteably better then some throughout the us

Are you tired of the run around at big box stores? You will find a group of Helpful Friendly folks at the Home Depot in West Branch, Michign. I had a great experience finding what I needed and you will too.

Excellent store, employees and customer service. Clean and clearly marked aisles.

I like to see and handle many items I am interested in purchasing. Power tools are items I want to handle and get a feel for. The West Branch Home Depot has great displays of the hand held power tools the offer. Sometimes they have displays where one can use a drill & drive in screws to see its capabilities.

We will not be shopping at Home Depot #2782 Cashier Nicole was the worst we have ever seen. Very unfriendly and rude

Ordered flooring (carpet measurements taken) we were able to go into the store and thanks to Kathy we were able to pick a different more affordable flooring. She was awesome, kind and went above and beyond outside of what she was already working on to assist our needs!

1 employee did help us and tried to help us to decide what we needed. His name was Dee very helpful

I have spent a year and a 1/2 building a home. I have spend about $100,000k with Home Depot in the past 8 years or so. Why didn't I purchase everything from the local store? I have experience with the building desk, the appliance center, general area of store, the cabinets and counter tops. I'd like to make you aware of those experiences and if not threatened with the truth could assist you in "tightening up" or truly fixing many of these areas.

You need anything go see Kelli or joe they know what they are doing and treat you like you should be treated. Will be back and if i have a question will look them up.Thank you keep up the great work
