The person on the day shift in that dept is always there. I like to get in and out of stores he make that possible. He's very informative and fast with the transactions.

Jack the manager is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to get everything needed! If his stores doesn’t have it willing to travel to get it! He is supported by a great assistant manager core with Tom and Jeff! Melissa is great helping with any issues at check out lanes.

The associates in this location were very friendly and both Lisa and Scruffy went out of their way to make sure my visit was a pleasant one.

David in flooring truly is the greatest employee ever, employed at the home depot. Not only can he handle multiple customers at once and answer the phone - he did all this while being EXTREMELY OSHA safe on the ladder, skills that would surely make the late and great "Macho Man" Randy Savage tell him he truly is Cream of the Crop.

I was going to apply for a credit card for a discount on my purchase. Do to the weather the computer system was down in the am. so that when I was checking out at noon (12:08) on 7/27/2021. The checkout person could not get the program to come up. She tried several times, she was so helpful, but it did not work.

GET BETTER PRODUCTS AND REDUCE PRICES

Fast and friendly service, employees on hand to help with questions and assist with loading of products. Can't wait to visit again to get windows!

I think they have some really good employees there, but due to being short staffed they have hired some real lazy people. The cashier Melisa was very helpful and kind. I have bought my washer and dryer through them, the sale clerk was very helpful. BUT, the people who delivered them were rude and showed no respect for my home or me. Broke branches off of trees as they drove off. The driver was a bully. I would think twice before having anything deliver anything again.

Of all the Home Depot stores in Michigan I deal with, the West Branch store stands apart in service and attitude. We will drive out of our way to do business with this store!

store was well stocked / associates we helpful BUT THE CHECK OUT WAS WAS A PAIN IN THE butt need to get people checked out fast!

Fantastic team that wanted me to get the best deal

On the day I went I only had one item and decided to use self checkout. Rose was the individual working that area. There were 4 customers in line and 3 out of 4 of us scanned our items incorrectly. She was very kind and professional in dealing with each one of us and even got me to get another Home Depot card so I could get the $50 discount on my purchase. She was amazing and was able to clear everyone without a disgruntled customer in the bunch.

Other than having to return a broken toilet seat, everyone was very helpful.

The associates at the West Branch store always go above and beyond to help you find what you need and if they dont know they will find someone who does!! I love shopping at this store!! I am a single mom who is out of her element when it comes to building supplies or plumbing. The associates at the West Branch store are very knowledgeable and always help me find what I need and even give helpful hints on whatever project I am doing.

Very pleased with Carl in the Window & Door dept. He didn't let his lack of help stop him from providing great service to the several customers waiting for help.

Everything we needed for updating our home was all in one place. Prices were good advice was priceless. We will be returning for all our future remodeling, repairing, or replacement needs. The sales associates were very knowledgable and had great attitudes. Thank you for being their for all our needs.

I don't normally do this, but sales cashier Patricia was very rude when I ask for a price match 15% discount from another Home Depot store...said it was over her pay grade and mocked other staff that I asked for a 10% military discount after she denied the price match. I shop several Home Depots in my area, first time at West Branch almost 2 hrs away and will never venture there again.

The employees in the store seem so understanding even though I changed my mind twice!!! and or check out separate so I could use !0% discounts. I appreciated they were so understanding , even though I made extra work for them!
