Good store good people, Genesis the cashier is really wonderful and kind.

I'm always going to Home Depot and know where most items are located. Staff is courteous and store appears to be clean and orderly.

I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for many years now and visited many of its locations but I have never experience anything remotely close to the service expertise experience informative Ness from the greeter at the door workers in the aisle department managers customer service and check out from start to finish every visit makes me want to come back as soon as possible really love my localHome Depot

Love this store and knowledgeable employees

I ordered wanderlust Bear paint color - it is a green color - when I got a can of pink paint, I asked about it. They said, it was Wonder Lust, and corrected the issue right on the spot. I am working on a big project DYI and can depend on Home Depot to do the right thing.

Hats off to the employees here - the customer service was unmatched on my trip 3/31/21. I was working on a wood sign project and Richard in hardware was extremely helpful. He taught me how the wood is measured and provided tips on sanding the wood. He cut the wood and then showed me where the sandpaper was in the store, as well as the hooks for hanging. Also, Scott at the front door reminded me of the wood at the bottom of my cart and helped with bag for it, as my kids and I were about to go out into the pouring rain. The cashier at the self-check out was extremely helpful in scanning my items, since I had my hands full with the kids. Lastly, when I went to the customer service desk (to see how to give Richard some kudos) the young lady was extremely helpful, and then directed me to the survey on the receipt and gave Easter kits to my kids. All the team members went above and beyond - I truly appreciate that! Thank you.

I had troubling experience in the tile department today with four employees having zero knowledge about common products that are available at this location. I had looked online for the item before I came, and then came to the store to purchase it. I had the exact name of the tile that I wanted. When I asked for it, Tarvos Interlocking tile, you would have thought that I had asked for a unicorn. They all discussed among themselves, while I stood there in amazement, how they have never heard of interlocking tile, instead of checking to see if they had it. I said, just show me where the tile is. When we got there the employee points to the tile and says it should be in this area. Which, by the way, had hundreds of styles of tiles. I asked if she would look it up in her computer to see if they had the specific one I wanted. That was never offered! She did; and then came back and pointed it out. 90% of the tile in that area had "interlocking" written on the display or on the boxes as part of the tile name. I got what I came for and left with the four idle employees discussing how they had not heard it called that. My questions is, "Can they read?" Frustrated customer that will avoid this Home Depot!!!

They are nearby and provide consistently good service and products

They are always friendly and willing to help. I’ll continue to shop here because of that reason.

I have bad arthritis in my hip & I dropped a credit card on the floor & was almost in tears trying to pick it up, a young lady in customer service saw what happened & came from behind the counter to pick it up for me. I thought empathy was a thing of the past, Thank you Home Depot!

STORE WAS CLEAN AND EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL

All of the aisles and shelves were well-labeled and items were quite easy to locate, store was clean and organized, garden center had everything I needed and staff were friendly.

Linda the cashier is super sweet, made us laugh!!! The other employees were helpful in finding exactly what we needed.

Margie at the self checkout aisle was awesome! She game a discount for a much needed item. She rocks!

The service in the store has declined a lot. It used to be a great place to shop, but lately seems like no one wants to help.

This store has always been well kept, clean, the associates have a professional appearance, and they all seem generally happy to assist. This is the way I think the stores should all strive to treat guests and ensure a positive shopping experience. The store on Lawrenceville hwy in Tucker is a mixed bag and it feels like half the staff dont want to be there. The old store in Duluth has always been pretty good. Still I prefer this location in Marietta.

I love #0153. Been going there quite a while. It is nice to have a relationship with employees that you see on a regular basis.

I was confronted with what I initially thought was a mistake by Home Depot. Turns out that I was in error (I know,I’m as stunned as you). To make a long story short, Theresa was extremely patient and professional and accepted my apology graciously. Nice to see respect and professionalism in today’s world.

Cashier Carolyn was super helpful in helping me accept a Home Depot Card for my business purchases.

Love this store. The garden section is extraordinary and huge. People all over the store were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return even though we will pass two other stores to get there.
