The employees were real helpful. I inquired about glue and nonslip pads for chair legs and they told me exactly where to find the items. Also cashier was super friendly. The store has a large selections of plants that cannot be found at other stores.

I initially checked the HD Website to make sure your Store had the 64" Shepard Hook in stock with 17 units. I was disappointed that the 64" Hooks were not presented on the sales floor. If it wasn't for Sales Associate Cameron, and his perseverance to find the Hooks still in the shipping box above the Shepard Hook floor stock area, this shopping experience would have not gone well!

Everything in this store is very easy to find

All employees are helpful but the one that was outstanding was Travis. He went above and beyond. Outstanding service!

The employee's are helpful when you can find one. Sometimes they don't know there store or product. I'm in this store a lot I know it better than some of the employee's. They should have a better program for the military discount. I have to remember my papers every time. I'm in a hurry don't have time for this and actually lost my papers. when it comes to checking out early in the morning sometimes they are very slow. My time is money.

I visited this store on 12/07/19 to get some ideas on laying Christmas lights along my driveway. I wasn't sure with the direction I wanted to take concerning this project. Fortunately that all changed when I met a floor associate by the name of Jimbo! He was awesome from the start of me sharing my vision with him, to taking me to every item I needed to complete my project. To be totally honest, once I told him what I wanted to do he actually mapped out the plan with great passion as if it was his own. This was without a doubt the best experience I have EVER had at a Home Depot store. I you want a "5 Star" experience, go see Jimbo!!

Service is non existent. Company more concerned with credit card applicants and hiring people that stand around the front of the store being worthless.

I have been to this particular store on 6 occasions to purchase 2 / .69 hex nuts and have yet to get them. Have been able to get assistance one time and the young man simply told me that if there were none in drawers then he was out and sorry. Did not offer to order them or anything else.

This store unlike my store in Acworth seems to have more selection in lawn and garden and the employees are more helpful and courteous. While it is further for me to go, I still prefer this store.

Lashonte is a great asset to Home Depot! She is kind & helpful! I am always pleased with the staff and helpfulness of the Dallas Hwy Home Depot!

Picking an exterior door and sidelites is a very difficult process with all the different choices. Jean the door expert was fantastic!! She was very patient and so knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about my experience with her!

Cashier Carolyn was very helpful. She helped me save 50 dollars. She is a pro.

Hampton Bay fans are very easy to install.

I would not recommend the lumber section in this store, not because of the lumber but because of the cashiers. Especially Kathy Lee. I believe she is so used to dealing with a large population of Hispanics that she treats anyone who resemble Hispanics in a not so polite way. She needs training of how to handle customers or find something else in the store.

Store is easy to shop in and has a very large selection of 'home need' things. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Returns are handled efficiently.
