we're happy with Home depot ,everything in 1 roof

Employee Allie was very helpful in showing us pet friendly artificial grass and showing us what chemical was also pet friendly.

I came in for a return/exchange. The person helping me out with a return ignored my instructions in how I wanted to return to be made. He ignored what I had to say & pretended to do what I asked but when I looked at my receipt he obviously did not do what I needed. After that I went to grab some things I needed off the shelf & I asked another employee for a price check. To which he replied rudely & rubbed me off acting like a customer shouldn’t ask for a price check if it’s already on the shelf. Maybe if the shelf wasn’t so messy I wouldn’t have asked for a price check! Especially when I bought the item for cheaper than what was marked.

Chen was a exceptionally kind and knowledgeable He made buying a washer dryer easy.

I was struggling to find out which product I should buy and Victor was extremely kind and helpful when helping me pick out what I needed for my bonfire.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Victor, the cashier in the garden/outdoor section. Victor went above and beyond to help us with markdowns, showcasing not only his expertise but also his genuine kindness and friendliness. His willingness to go the extra mile made our shopping experience truly memorable. We’re grateful for the exceptional service and hope to see Victor again on our next visit!

Sharon in customer service is the best. She was able to help me return items from a project that made my experience easy and fun.

Store provides free monthly kids workshop. This store also helps with some local high school events.

Absolutely the worst staff in the history of home depot

1st Ashley (carpet area) she was a TREMENDOUS help with the purchase of some floor padding that matched 2nd Mary (by the keying machine) she was a TREMENDOUS help with locating the Glide Sliders 3rd Phillip (cashier) he was SUPER FRIENDLY~greeted me with a smile, asked if I found everything ok & even thanked me for coming in this evening. This team was EPICLY AWESOME!! They have that kindness & willingness to assist & really seemed to want to help with my needs & THAT is much appreciated!!

Horrible experience as this cashier belittled me thinking i was stealing $4 trying to use a PRO coupon this morning. She needs help and should NOT be in a customer cashier capacity. one star is the lowest to provide this review... i would put negative stars if possible.

Bob and Diane in the carpeting area of Westminster Home Deport were so helpful, diligent, and hardworking on my behalf. They went above and beyond their job and the customer service was exceptional. The "computer system" and Ordering process was horrific, but they remained patient and determined to help me get it done. Thanks Diane and Bob

Everything the customer purchased worked out job got done within the deadline.

I bought a Weber 3 burner grill as a result of the friendliness and caring assistance of Kurt! on delivery day I was sent the wrong grill (Not his fault, it was the assembler). However this is where Zack stepped in and ensured the correct grill was assembled and delivered the same day personally. Customer Service quality and recovery is what separates average from great businesses. I'll only go to the Home Depot in Westminster because of the awesome, caring employees who are truly looking out for the customers!

I usually choose this Home Depot above others. It’s usually less busy and it’s been easier to find what I need when I’m there. The people here are top notch, a testament to management at this store.

Store is clean and well organized. Staffs are genuinely friendly and very helpful when being asked.
